The AC is a bit weird. It either cools too much or heats.

Shower was hot but not much pressure . The rooms were clean, the parking very crowded, staff very friendly, boring breakfast like most hotels. Over all, not bad

There to visit an old Army buddy. Very clean and modern. The room was very spacious with all updated appliances. Parking lot was full so had to park in front of other business.

At a great place with plenty of shopping to be do. My wife loved that, and I loved sitting on the patio sipping on some libations and seeing the people.

Located just outside The Domain, the location was great for getting pretty much anywhere in Austin via the highways. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed something during the week I was there. Laundry room has multiple washers/dryers to get a lot done in less time. Standard king studio room is a bit on the small side if more than one person is in there. Dog friendly building with a secondary elevator that made it easier to get the pup in/out without having to go through the common areas.

Customer service was great! Room was clean! This location cannot be beat. Don’t be taken aback by the surroundings. We were no more than 30 mins from anything downtown and that’s with traffic.

Weird location amid commercial and industrial businesses. Easy enough to find nearby restaurants and stores. Friendly courteous desk agent. Cute breakfast spot, though we didn’t try the food. Clean comfortable rooms. Odd setup with one elevator accessible only from the parking lot. Quiet stay during our visit.

We stayed here from Thursday March 14th to Sunday March 16th. It was supposed to be to be on overnight stay but we came from a different hotel in San Antonio that was a stay from hell. So my son wanted to stay an extra night and it was well worth it. The staff, room, maintenance, breakfast and everything in between was amazing and awesome. I wish our spring break started with this experience but glad it ended well. I want to say a special Thank You to David, Ray, Jeanette, Alexis and the wonderful housekeeping staff. Our next trip to Austin will definitely be at the hotel for sure. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and stay. My kids don’t even want to go home and wish they could stay an extra night!Rooms: Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Customer service is excellent and they care about their customers and our comfort.Noteworthy details: Thank You to David, Ray, Jeanette, Alexis and the wonderful housekeeping staff. They were awesome and have a great experience here after a horrible experience at the previous hotel. They all played a part to our happy ending of our spring break here.Jeris, Natalia, Titus & Zaya Tillman ♥️

We booked a stay at this location for 1 night. We called ahead to let the Hotel know that we will be arriving after midnight (to avoid our night to be forfeited). The guest agent on the phone was super nice. I also let her know that I will have a cake delivered to the front desk because it was my husband's birthday, and if they could put it in the fridge. She was very nice and said yes and confirmed she will leave a note for the night shift so we could pick up the delivery at the front desk.Upon arrival, the Guest agent Stephen was rude, not welcoming and had a terrible attitude and a poor customer service. We were never offered the welcoming rewards/market items as part of our stay. Additionally, my husband requested a late checkout but Stephen declined with a "not such policy at the property".Also Stephen fail to give us the breakfast hours (each property has a different schedule, and options), or if anything would be available at all (grab and go, etc). When I asked Stephen if anything was delivered for us at the front desk. He did not respond and he just threw a bag and he said "that's what came from a delivery. Nothing else". I informed that I called earlier about a cake, and he said "yeah, we do not deliver, we are a hotel". He was so annoyed as if he was doing us a favor, (we paid for our stay, the hotel was not free). I asked him to please check, because I was given a confirmation for my delivery exactly as I requested. He was once again annoyed, but went ahead and check and brought my delivery.Once we got the room, we realized that we did not have anything to drink so I went ahead to the front desk and requested 4 drinks to be charged to the room. Stephen was again so discourteous rude and he demanded me to Stay at the front desk until he processed the transaction or pay directly.I honestly did not feel welcome. I am not sure what was his problem, or if we were being racially profiled (we are people of color). It is such a shame that my first choice of Hotel company does not train their employees. Ultimately, guest agents are the Brand Name/image of the Hotel. It was a terrible terrible experience no one should go through specially if you are paying for a service.Non-Caucasian guests, please report this to management and call Marriot Bonvoy if you are Platinum members and you have timeshare with Marriot. This experiences are unacceptable at all levels.
