“We called Quick Tow to request a tow to a repair shop for our son's inoperable car. They quoted us a VERY reasonable price and had a tow truck out to us in 20 minutes. Although we had already confirmed with the shop that they could service the car, once it arrived they informed us that it needed to go to the dealership. Our tow truck driver waited patiently at the shop while we called dispatched to request an extension on the tow job. Dispatch was incredibly helpful and ultimately ended up offering to extend the tow several miles at no extra cost. There are many companies out there who would have recognized that we were in a bind and taken advantage by charging us an extra arm and leg - but not Quick Tow. They were courteous, professional, and offered us an incredibly fair price. Highly recommend!”

Like you, I found Ben White Auto through Google reviews. Jerome and his staff took excellent care of our 2018 Honda Civic, which needed a good amount of work. First, I was a walk-in, but was treated as if I had an appointment. I was also a first time customer. Secondly, Jerome explained everything to me thoroughly and in language I could understand. I asked for two things, but wound up needing four issues addressed. They fixed the air conditioning- hallelujah! Next they did our TX state inspection. FYI- They send photos for everything, and you have the ability to approve any work online- all you have to do is click on the link. So there is total transparency and photos of what needs to be done. That’s where they found the brake fluid needs. And lastly one of the mechanics, I won’t name him for fear everyone will ask for him haha, went above and beyond to repair a light that initially was priced out much higher due to the approach needed to get to the light. He found an alternate solution. My bill was high- but I know it would’ve been much much higher elsewhere. Extremely grateful to Ben White Auto and the whole staff. Your car is in excellent hands at this shop. I recommend them in the highest possible sense!”

I have never felt such trust and comfort in an auto shop. I recently took my 2008 Lexus RX8 in for an oil change, knowing something was going on with my front left tire, my strut had been leaking. They went above and beyond, notified me there was also an expired recall on my vehicle, something the previous owner did not take care of. Something serious enough to put the car out for good, and out of all the places I’ve been, none had acknowledged it. Long story short, we were able to work together to knock out a little mighty list of things to ensure my safely and the longevity of the vehicle! Lexus is a high value vehicle, meant to run long and strong, and quality care is a necessity.
Forever blessed and thankful for this place. I’d never take my vehicle anywhere else.
PS: They make a folder with all these hand written notes about your vehicle in it. Melted my heart when i saw it. ❤️ Very personal touch.”

Ashley at the front desk was great at explaining the process and letting me know when the truck would get there and that I was in a safe place.The tow truck driver Shenkia called me to let me know when she would be arriving. She also asked me if I was in a safe place. I appreciated both women asking me if I was safe.She was absolutely amazing when she showed up for the tow. “Tom and his team did a great job restoring my Jeep Wrangler after a nasty accident destroyed my entire driver's side. I originally wanted to take my car to a Jeep shop but after calling around, Tom came highly recommended from folks in the Jeep community. Overall the work was beautiful and my car looks exactly as it should.
