I had a loan with this pawn shop. I wanted to pick it up on Sunday. The yellow slip I was provided with when I renewed the loan did not state they were closed on Sunday. I know an extra day of interest doesn't seem like a big deal when it comes to money. My issue is their system should not allow a grace date or end date to actually fall on a Sunday only have Monday through Saturday as its options.

Purchases stolen merchandise and takes a cut from the criminal- refuses to return said merchandise to rightful owner (whom it was stolen from) even with provided police report and corresponding serial numbers. Criminal pawn shop. Wouldn't buy anything from Top Cash as merchandise for sale most likely has serial numbers listed as stolen in APD's system.

Low quality staff. Very unhelpful when I asked to look at items behind the counter. They insisted I hand them my phone so they could take a picture of blu-ray labels instead of simply placing the 10 Blurays on the counter. I like to buy tools and firearms from pawn shops as well and they made sure I left before trying to look for anything else.Do not recommend.

If I could put 0 stars I would .. the manger is a young little girl who is extremely rude and definitely has no customer service .. sure as to why they have a store full of junk they can’t sell.Avoid this place!

I called to confirm closing time and then arrived 8 minutes before closing just to find them closed and told the computer was already shut down. Traveled long distance to get there and this is what they do.

When coping with a recent break in, I reached out to several pawn shops to see if any of the stolen goods turned up there. The man I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and even offered additional ideas for how to track down our missing items. Thanks to this shop for operating with character and class.
