The offer a free installation blower machine with the purchase of 10 bags or more. The did not have a working machine at the store I bought the installation from.so the wanted to charge me for the machine at the other stores . The should not offer something then try to charge you

This location is pretty much your garden variety Home Depot, a bit smaller perhaps with its in-city location as opposed to the expansive stores in the outlying areas. Nevertheless, they seem to always have items I need in stock. As I don't live close by, I make use of the online ordering with in-store pickup service. Staff is good at getting my order picked and ready for me in short order. Parking and access isn't the best here but overall a decent place to shop for your hardware and lumber needs.

If 2020 me would have known I'd be leaving five stars for Home Depot, she might have laughed you out of town. This place used to intimidate the shit out of me. For one, it's very large and almost everything looks the same. Paint department is unrivaled, that's where my modicum of expertise ends. Enter: Lovely Rita, your friendly guide to everything home improvement. I walked in blind, and now I can see! Happy home improvement for me.

This particular Home Depot seems to have a knack for attracting individuals who may not excel in customer service or competence, and then outfitting them with the iconic orange apron. We have a contractor account with Home Depot, and it pains me to say that the Mueller Home Depot has hit a new low when it comes to customer service and knowledge. While there are still a handful of exceptional employees, their scarcity is alarming.When it comes to purchasing paint, I had a specific color in mind for a project. I provided the details to the employee who proceeded to mix the paint. Upon returning with the can, I immediately noticed that it did not match the selected color. She insisted that it would transform into the desired shade once it dried on the wall, despite my reservations. Our interaction became heated as she adamantly claimed to know better. We painted a section, the paint dried, and it turned out to be entirely the wrong color. This resulted in not only wasted money on the incorrect paint but also lost wages and time, as we had to return, purchase the correct paint (this time mixed accurately), and redo the entire job. Thanks, Home Depot.Returning items this week was a dreadful experience. The young female handling our returns was simply dreadful - she was rude, engrossed in her cell phone conversation, and chatted with either a friend or her boyfriend standing nearby. She treated us as if we had interrupted her personal time and were a nuisance. Individuals with such deficient people skills should consider alternative career paths.Locating a specific type of lumber was a saga that involved interactions with four different employees. I was directed to four different locations before ultimately finding it on my own. As you approach the checkout counters, you'll encounter numerous employees, seemingly in charge, but where are they when we're in the aisles searching for essential materials so we can swiftly complete our projects? After checking out and loading heavy materials in the loading dock area, don't expect any assistance from the workers; it's a rarity. On the rare occasions when they do lend a hand, I make sure to have some cash on hand to show my appreciation because it's a true rarity. To those exceptional workers, you are remarkable human beings, and I value your help immensely.Supposedly, this Home Depot is now under new management. I sincerely hope that whoever is in charge can turn this place around and weed out the discourteous individuals.

The worst costumer service ever. Went to check out at the registers and the lady never said a word to me. Not even hi, bye or even thank you. Employees are not much help they just stand and talk to each other.

Extremely rude customer service with manager to match, don't recommend going here. They will not price match as well as allow their cashier to threaten customers.

Apparently the team leader named "armando v." dont know if he still works there or not, was a total creep. he sexually assasult female coworkers and i'm not joking. apparently he pulled a young woman aged 17 not gonna display her name was sexually groped and pulled by him. this is sickening. i was told that they had to sign an agreement to not talk about this outside of work, glad i got ahold of this information from someone. dont know if he's fired or not but he better be. plus hes aged 23+

a steady and consistent decline in customer service:1. no associates in any aisle2. no associates approaching customers to ask, "can i help you?" bc there just don't exist.3. the hiring pool is clueless about home or business repair and remodeling.4. repeated complaints have netted no desired results.5. the paint department is always backed up bc there aren't enough associates behind the counter.made a call to corporate office. not holding my breath.

Rented Jack hammer for 4 hours. Returned at 2:44 yesterday and my $350 deposit has yet to be returned . HD blamed it on my bank, but I seriously doubt my bank is the problem. HD is just sucking interest off me.

Home Depot not only cancelled my truck rental without warning. They did not refund my $150 deposit. I have called them a couple of times, but I cannot get anyone of them to take any action to refund my deposit. Mark H.

Great store, but do you really need six pickup spots? I just watched a pregnant lady walk a hundred yards past five empty spots because they were marked pickup. I've never seen all of those full and I'm there at least seven times a week.

Practically can find anything you need, but the store is a mess. There are less people helping at the checkouts as the place gets real busy. The pro service desk is a disaster. One person checking a huge line of backed up frustrated customers. The manager is nowhere to be found. Took him 40 minutes to get to attend one customer after being paged.
