I've never been to the stores because I live all the way in PA, but I still had a great experience with this company. Recently my office received a completely free gift card from this company in the amount of $25, I figure as an attempt to get their name to new people while helping our furry friends get toys, treats and nutritious foods! My favorite thing I noticed was the natural ingredients in ALL the treat and food options. On the back of the card it kindly requested that if I wasn't able to use the card, to please consider donating it, so I chose to donate the funds to the Central Texas SPCA- but instead of mailing the card and hoping for the best, I was able to use Tomlinson's online website to redeem the $25 and with a few dollars of my own I shipped a load of doggy toys, treats and flea products straight to the shelter with FREE shipping!! Thank you Tomlinson's for inspiring me to send some goodies their way!

Erika the Manager and the staff always treated our dog Jacques like Royalty. Tomlinson's has a great selection of healthy food and treats. I highly recommend Tomlinson's at Four Points!

If I could give a 0, I would. I signed up for a teeth cleaning appointment. Called ahead and let them know I'd be a few minutes late due to traffic on Mopac and they said it was no problem and they'd see me when I got there. Drove an hour and 15 min through traffic to get there and I arrive 13 minutes after my appointment time and they said they already left for the day. What a poor way to treat customers.

Have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I am saddened by how little impact this will likely make, given all of the existing 5-star reviews and high overall rating, but I must try. I may copy and paste this review to all Tomlinson's if this dilemma is true for all of the locations.This Tomlinson's, at least, carries no cat food that isn't grain-free. This goes directly against the recommendations of veterinarians and cardiologists.We loved supporting a local store and smaller pet food companies instead of the big stores. We adopted our cat here. We have a membership. We regularly donate to the pound through our Tomlinson's.But our cat now has a heart murmur she didn't have a year ago. She's just over a year old. We've been feeding her Orijen, a grain-free food that we didn't realize was grain-free.After reading yet another heartbreaking story on Reddit about a pet that is dying too soon from a grain-free diet, as well as watching our healthy cat turn unhealthy as a direct result from shopping here and not being better educated about keeping our pet healthy, I IMPLORE you: do not choose local over science. We're buying our cat food at HEB now, and will likely cancel the membership we have and start buying the healthy grains dog food elsewhere.Buyer beware.

Not everyone wakes up and chooses to be a nice human, but on Friday.. Otis did! I hadn’t scheduled a curbside order and he did me a solid so I didn’t have to bring my 29 kids inside with me. The world is full of unkind people right now and when someone does a small gesture of kindness, it really goes a long way. Y’all have my business for life!

I recently discovered this little pet store and am so glad I did. Great selection of dog foods, treats, leashes, collars, shampoos, supplements, and an amazing staff with TONS of pet knowledge. Forget big box stores! Tomlinson's is the place to shop.

I only shop at Tomlinson Feed Store. I might pay a little more for my product but I would not sacrifice a few dollars for my animals health. I always get honest opinions on recommendations. Whether good or negative feedback on a product, I rely on Tomlinson knowledge of the products they are selling.

Raul was the 1st person to greet me when I walked into Tomlinsons. He was friendly, kind, courteous, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the different foods in the store. I have two doodles that are very picky eaters, with Rauls help I was able to find a food both doodles could agree on. My experience was overall an incredibly positive experience that came in the form of a white glove level of customer service. Me and the pups will be back next time!
