I have been a long-time customer of Tom James Company, with Kevin as my haberdasher.
Since my last suit, I have lost 40 pounds. Not only were the old suits not fitting properly, I knew I had to be remeasured. Kevin came out my house, explained the various quality categories for the suits and how they differed. He took meticulous measurements - I opted for a lightweight three-piece suit in a light color for here in Texas. Kevin's careful measurements give me great confidence I am going to love my new, custom made suit and two dress shirts.

Waiting a year for replacement buttons for my suit $3000 suit. After paying $3000 for a custom suit, the dry cleaner broke a few of the buttons. So I reached out to Tom James Austin for replacement buttons, My sales rep no longer works for Tom James and she always did a fantastic job. I know she would have gotten them replaced right away. However, I cannot say the same about the Austin office manager as I have repeated contacted him over the past year and still no buttons have been delivered. How could this possibly take this long?I will never buy another item from Tom James due to the extremely poor customer service.

I've been using Tom James for years and virtually my entire wardrobe, from casual to coat and tie, is all TJ. I recommend to my friends who want to stop buying off the rack clothing. I like that my clothes fit better, look better and last longer.
