Krista was great! Out priced the competition by far! The customer service and tech service was great! Took about 1.5 hrs to install 4 new tires and a spare with customers.

Got me in 10 minutes before closing. All 4 tires changed to a new set. Told me about their additional warranty and I politely declined. Didn't try to hustle me. Very honest people. Out the door in 15 minutes. Overall, it couldn't be a better experience.

I have taken 2 sets of wheels and tires that I have bought from a different shop. I wanted to get them mounted and balanced. Hector helped me and immediately and and asked to take a look at them. They were in the back of my suv. He asked on of the guys to come and unload them. They had 7 or 8 cars in the bay at that time. Hector said they would have them ready in 45 min. I ran a few errands and he call to let me know they were ready and it had only taken 40 min. great service, very professional and knowledge. The second a couple of weeks ago and William did the same thing as Hector, prompt friendly. I have never had this quality of service and work done on wheels and tires. Everyone should give these guys a shot before going on to the two larger tire shop.

I was there to get my tire repaired which was over an hour wait. Only for me to drive it out of town and the problem still wasn’t fixed I had to get Discount Tire to fix the problem that should’ve been fixed before I left the shop. 1 screw and 1 nail but this shop only took out the screw ?

Took 3 times as long as quoted. I literally watched 2 movies in their waiting room. They broke one of my lug nut caps and decided not to tell me. I saw it before leaving, and they gave me a sob story about how Ford’s lug nuts do this. Funny, out of 24 lug nuts, only one of them did this. Didn’t offer to replace or even notify me it happened. The guy just shrugged and said have a good day. Won’t go to this location again. I usually go to the one off Lamar and they’re excellent. Hence the 2 stars since I do like the company, just avoid this location

So far it is the best auto/tire service I Ve experienced in my life. I Ve been coming here with questions and small repairs, so when the time to replace tires came, I had no doubt in my mind that there is but one tire shop worthy of my business. Keep up the great work guys!They also recognize returning customers and show their appreciation.
