I experienced very terrible service there, especially from the manager who was absolutely rude and aggressive for no reason, with a racist undertone. Do not go there! I repeat do not go there!!

I went in for shaky steering. Instead of giving me services I didn't need. They were honest and balanced my tire for less than half the price I was willing to spend. Thanks guys!!

I’ve been at patron for years; however, I had a last-minute emergency tonight. I made it in 30 minutes before close and without hesitation, my tire was fixed. I could tell that these guys were ready to wrap up and go home, but they treated me with such southern hospitality and gracious dignity, I cannot say enough. Thank you! You got me home tonight, my kids to school in the morning, and me to work tomorrow! Thank you.

Went in for an inspection today. They do the thing, the guy comes back and hands me the report, and says it failed. The report says it passed. He says it needs more drive cycles or something, even though the report says everything is fine, emissions passed, all monitors 'ready'. I question this (as one would), and he comes back with a hostile tone, accusing me of resetting the codes or something (which didn't happen, it would show the monitors as not ready). I go get the car registered, they accept the "failed" inspection. So, the guy was either a complete idiot, or is scamming people saying they failed when they didn't so they come back and pay for inspection again. Terrible experience, and will be reporting to the state as potential scam / fraud

I give it one star and why do you have to give it to me because not one star for me, I went to line up my car and he asked me the brand and the year and he told me that since it is from the year 2003 they could not understand and I told the person who told me She recommended that place and she told me that it's strange because she recommended that place and if they do that kind of service for me the heat hurts them but hey Thank God I was able to solve it
