When movers took apart my lamp, they screwed the pieces together wrong and I couldn’t detach them. I went in and Les fixed it on the spot free of charge. Will definitely return if I have further lamp issues! Appreciated the kindness.

I was at a loss where to take my Hypervolt massage gun that my kids dropped and broke off the electrical end. Sigh. Kids ruin everything. Regardless, I truly expected them to just give me a name of an electrician or shop to try to take this but he looked at it with me for a while and decided the least expensive option was to electrical tape it and fixed for me for free! I really thank you Tipler’s for the amazing and kind service.

I came in thinking that I need to rewire my light fixture, to make it longer. The person who helped me measured the light fixture and told me that we actually do not need to rewire it. We just need a longer chain! Reasonable price and excellent service.

Very bad place. It took them forever, lousy repair, the arms of the chandelier broke easily afterwards and we had to repair it again. They charged a lot for a bad job after all. We also realized that one of the lights was not properly rewired so we needed to take it to another shop to repair it. It is really a shame to offer such service.

I knew the moment I walked in that this was the place. I just knew it was the answer.It’s like a movie - truly-- and the owner was so kind and gracious.I don’t even have my piano lamp back yet, but I am completely confident it will be fixed and taken care of perfectly.

I thought I was leaving a lamp that did not work. They checked it out and it did work. A wonderful man gave me a screw for the lamp. One was missing.They were amazing and I thank them for their honesty and wonderful help!

This little gem, Tipler's, was the answer to our broken custom lamp. We had tried six places in North Texas before we discovered the kindest and most knowledgeable shop keep at Tipler's. Wonderful service and very quick with the fix that others said wasn't possible! Support this fabulous shop! You will be so happy that you did!
