I had a great experience at Tiny’s. They had a good sized collection of boots and I was stuck between two pairs. I’ll definitely come back. The lady at the counter would check in on me and was very kind.

The women who run this shop are amazing! Their prices are extremely reasonable and they customized a hat band when my fiancé couldn’t find one he wanted. Very kind and helpful people with great inventory in their shop!

Worst experience of my life. Older woman at the counter gave me multiple prices for a hat and then talked negatively about me in Spanish to her assistant. I understand Spanish and just left. I was going to buy some boots but not at a place like this that thinks their customers are dumb. I will never recommend this store to anyone.

We came here looking for comfortable boots but weren’t sure where to start. The person who helped us was very patient and brought out options we wouldn’t have found on our own. I bought a pair of boots, they’re so comfy! I love them! Thanks for the awesome service! Next time I need boots I’ll be back!

The sales lady working here did not want to help us. They told my partner he had an odd sized head when the hat they gave him to try on did not fit. Another group came in after us and the sales lady was sweet as can be, helping them find the right hat, steaming it for them, giving them care instructions. I think she could tell we were not local. She sighed when I asked a question about care and clearly just wanted us out of the store. Would not go back or recommend this place to anyone.

I went to SoCo for hats and cowboy boots, but I saw a hat that Allen Boots doesn't carry in my size. I was determined to snag my perfect cowboy hat and I found this shop on Yelp! I'm not from Austin, or Texas for that matter. This store is tucked away and kind of looks sketchy on the outside. Inside they have much more variety of hats, boots and clothes! I found the hat I wanted but not in the size I was supposedly was (got measured in Allen's and he was wrong). The owner was super helpful and despite her having to downsize twice to grab me the hat I wanted, she came up with an alternative. It was on the pricier side compared to the other one, but this one was definitely better quality. The shape of it wasn't the same as the one I wanted but she told me she could shape it for me and lo and behold I got the hat I wanted in better quality! :)

Visited Tiny's Western Shop today and I was amazed at the amount of western wear they have in such a small place. Gloria was awesome and guided me through the process of buying the right hat and boots. She taught me a lot about how the hats are rated, and she has them all. She fitted mine and now I feel like Rip Wheeler from Yellowstone. Now, I'm ready for the George Strait concert. Thanks Gloria, you're the best!!!
