Terrible store. Came in with a baby stroller and obviously a diaper bag. There's a gate at the door that only employees can open so we couldn't get in the store without them. And then they wanted to take the diaper bag. And everything that was said to me and my husband was so incredibly rude. When we went to check out the cashier said with an attitude that we needed to take the hangers off our items and put them in a rack at the beginning of the checkout line. And then wait at the exit again for them to let us out. Giving us attitude that we didn't open their gate on our own. On top of that half the stuff in the store was $80 plus for stuff that was stained or torn. Disgusting store. Will never come back.

Thrift town is a cute little store but the selection isn't very big everything is more gentle and has a good comfy feeling to the whole place and a bit more price but its a smaller store.

Very dirty and the staff is rude/has a bad attitude. Plenty of other thrift stores nearby that are more sanitary with friendly staff.

Review is for men's clothing only. Terrible selection and silly markups. They clearly get the majority of their clothes from a wholesaler, in New England from the looks of it. There are more "local" event t-shirts or school shirts from Massachusetts than Texas. Super fishy. More Celtics or Patriots branded clothing than Longhorns or Spurs, etc, you get the idea. When you find this in a thrift it means they're buying the dregs of other thrifts who couldn't sell the stuff in their region and work through middlemen to move it wholesale and sell it super cheap to thrifts like this. Most of the brands are third tier mall brands and very out of style and poorly made items. Old Navy, H&M etc. Bottom line, the clothing selection is garbage that is shipped in from out of state. Avoid, if you're looking for high quality thrifts and you want to find fashionable treasures. This isn't it. This is where thrift store surplus goes to die.

One of the worst thrift shops I’ve been to. Was told to come back three different times to try and get a purse I wanted that had its price tag fall off. Each time they promised it would be out on the floor the following morning, but it was still in a bin. Very unprofessional! Wasn’t sure what exactly happened, but they made me get up early 3 different mornings, by promising it would be out early the next day. They also only except cash, kindaSuss. And don’t have booths to try cloths on.Tired and annoyed. ?

This place sucks.first of all I had to pull out money from the ATM automatic 3.25 they made I get to the register to checkout and I'm told to take the clothes off the hangers.i refused that isn't my job.what they get paid for.she said if I wasn't going to do that then leave.and the lady with the blue eyes mumbles that I'm rude.because I didn't choose to take the clothes off the hangers for them.

I go to this store once a week and I love it so much. The staff there is wonderful and they work so hard. Yes, you will have to do some hunting but that's half the fun! Love it!

UPDATE 2023: prices have significantly increased. Organized by color not size, so you definitely have to dig, and still cash only. No returns or refunds, and no dressing rooms. Very crowded and beware going in the summer as the AC rarely works and it gets hot in here.I used to love this store. Cash only, go in and hunt for the goods! I’ve found 100% cashmere sweaters here for $4

Would give zero. I brought a few small pieces of art to find a frame for and the lady attempted to take them away from me at the front. I have done this for years, and she was quite rude.

Staff was extremely rude. Clothing is sorted by color rather than size. Visit Thrift Town just down the road for friendly service and better prices.

Cash only. There is a massive assortment of clothing, but it's not organized by size. You will spend a lot of time digging to find the good deals. I went on Thursday and took advantage of college day 1/2 off. I got Levi's 711 jeans ($6), target wild fable shorts ($3), Nike tempo shorts ($3), LULULEMON SPORTS BRA ($2!!!!!!!!), lily Pulitzer dupe tank ($5) which totaled right at $20. Everything is good quality and some items had tags. The furniture and knickknacks were sparse. They had several items in their display cases such as video games, jewelry, fancy fur coats... As an avid thrifter, I will definitely go back. I recommend this spot for anyone who thrifts!

Cash only which is sad and no dressing rooms for the heads up. Other than that, not too bad. I was able to find items I wanted.

Good prices but quite possibly the worst men's shoe selection I've ever seen. Ended up getting a winter coat but no shoes, what j had originally gone in to get.

I was yelled at over the phone after asking if I could donate clothes to the store. Very rude employee.
