Very unprofessional employees. Was going to buy something but the guy was so rude I just left. I have worked retail before and understand how hard it can be but i hadn’t done anything to deserve the treatment i received. Very disappointed.

super weird, dude at the counter wanted to keep my bag behind the counter-which is normal-, but instead of asking me turned to my boyfriend and asked if he was okay with it?? “hey i need to keep her bag back here, are you okay with that?” bear in mind i was closer to the guy than he was! have absolutely no problem handing it over, but super odd that he wouldn’t just ask me directly

Love this place!!
I saw some negative reviews that need some perspective:
It’s a consignment shop so they BUY clothes and items to sell. People comparing to goodwill… goodwill is a corporation that gets all their items for free. This is a locally run shop.
The staff has always been friendly to me. It is customary to have to ask for a dressing room unlocked. They are busy keeping a store running so they aren’t always at your beck and call but that’s to be expected.
Overall this is one of my favorite sell my clothes and spots to buy second hand in Austin. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

HORRIBLE, starting with the customer service! I went to ask one of the EMPLOYEES to please open the dressing room for me and with a SUPER RUDE attitude and looking bad like I was asking her for something as a gift! "He told me that they were helping me out front!" She made me go in front so that at the end of the day SHE would be the one to open it for me! .. if you don't want to have a bad time shopping, this is definitely the place where you DON'T want to go to see bad faces! Not even high-end stores believe that much! If you don't like being talked to, look for another job ✌?

Staff is very unfriendly. Treated me like I was a burden. No one at the register, I had to ask for help and again treated like I was a burden.
Terrible customer service.

Racks were full so it was hard to look thru everything, but they had a nice selections of nicely used toys.

I really love this place. I went to 3 thrift stores in one day and out of all of them this one was by far my favorite. I got some great clothes that i wear all the time and i love the small feel of it, its kind of cozy in a sense. All in all great thrift store.

Bought a super cute secretary desk from this store and everything about how they conducted their business online and over the phone was phenomenal. They originally posted this on Facebook marketplace, and responded in a timely manner. And when I paid for the desk over the phone, Dalia was amazing to work with. Definitely recommend!
