This has been the worst vehicle purchase of my life. They charged me over double the bluebook price for a 2009 vehicle and then their “service department “ took my vehicle situation from bad to worse. I have not even owned this car for one year and I already have had to pay almost half the bluebook cost out of my own pocket for the continuous repairs that keep coming up. This company has no right to call themselves legitimate. They are nothing but a bunch a scam artists. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

They are some. Thieves. The mechanics change the parts of your car for a different one, do not come buy your car here, it is a terrible service. Very bad, the truth is that I am reluctant to buy my car here.

I have a truck from here i been paying it for 2 years now on time every time nd the second im a little late they are ready to come pick up the truck 7 days is all they need to come pick it up and when i tried to call and explain all i get is rude response and behavior basically telling me they will tale me out my truck to reposes it even while im going to pay it i dont recommend these place there not committed to helping anyone out just there self

I read a lot of your reviews and all of you are right they are so horrible I call a lot of them say I don’t speak English but you spoke to get my money I trying to wonder why Third coast is still in business they are RIP OFF I haven’t had no problem with my vehicle but they don’t answer the phone and I feel I was over charged for the vehicle when I looked at the Kelly blue book it said 8000 but I feel I was got is it a law for over charging I feel it was 3 times of what I was charged STAY FAR AWAY By PASS THIS PLACE. This is the worst place to buy a car. I have been calling them for more than 1 month to change my car's license plate and they do not answer me. A woman named FLORA, who is in charge of doing the license plate process, never responds. I don't know what she is working for. there is the worst attention in the world

REPEAT!!! Do not BUY A. CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET IN A BAD CAR ACCIDENT DUE TO CAR BREAKING DOWN ON THE ROAD!!!! They don’t care and will laugh in your face even if the car accident was severe !!!! I repeat DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!! Whole building need to be taking down. Horrible car lot told them I could pay after getting behind one payment on a bi weekly payment schedule and they still wanted to repo my car. And then they are working with the repo company, told me if they pick the car up I can make payments on the repo through them. Wish I could give zero stars. Beware they want you to miss a payment so they can take your car and make more money off of it. Wish I had never gone and gave them a 4500 down payment. I still have my car,but they gave my wife a hard time about making the payment because they wanted me to pay a repo fee. Who does that.

I wish I could give them -5⭐️. We stood in the lobby for way longer than we should have. Not one person spoke to us or asked if we needed any help. They all made eye contact but didn't say a word. I even called the phone to that location and no one picked up in the sales department. Once we did finally interrupt someone's social media scrolling she directed us to someone else. Who in turn directed us to someone else. In his defense he was very nice explaining why he couldn't help us. At this point it's almost 9:30am and only 1 sales person was on site. I could go on but why let them waste any more of my time.

Went into third coast auto group this morning around opening and stood in the lobby for 45 minutes before the front desk woman finally looked up from playing solitaire to ask how she could help me. She directed me to a gentlemen who could not have been more happy to pawn me off to the next salesman. I was pushed onto another salesman named ray who spoke no english i did my best to communicate with him but as a non spanish speaker it was very difficult I asked Ray's manager Philippe who was the rudest man I have ever met in my life if he could assist me with looking at some vehicles and very rudely asked how he could assist me and after a couple questions he started to talk me out if using third coast I asked if he didnt want my business and he looked me in the face and said yes bye thank you for coming. Never waste your time with the racist people! They will waste your time and try to ruin your day.

Trash car lot this past month for the second time my mother motor went out. They talking about $3,000 to fix it again and $1,500 to even start. Has they not used a used motor or parts the first time the motor wouldn't have went out a second time. Also after getting a oil change was told the timing was going out which was another part fixed by the car lot. So the rigging parts on cars to keep adding more money to people payments

Whenever I call to make a payment or just a question about my car in general, they never answer. They need to work on getting people to answer phone call and not just let them ring for 4+ minds. Thats crazy. They don't work with you. Once you drive off with the car. You are on your own.... people here are rude and unprofessional.
