Beware. I was a monthly subscriber until today when I drove by the pay station and my right side mirror hit a post and broke off. They cared nothing about it. If the attendant didn’t stand in front of the pay station causing you to stay further right, it would not have happen. I’m not going back. They rarely wiped my Yukon XL clean anyway. I always had to finish it at home.

I joined the unlimited wash club right after I discovered this place and found out what a good job it does on my truck. It seems simpler and gentler than other automated car washes. Plus they always finish with a wipe down by hand. Everyone is very friendly too. Gotta keep my big orange truck shiny!

Great car wash for a used car. The monthly membership deals are the best. Its a car wash that touches your vehicle hence why I think its best for a used car.

I asked for an interior wash and they didn’t wipe down the seats (this seems like a pretty standard thing to do at other car washes in Austin). I asked for an interior cleaning and paid $20 extra for them to do so. They didn’t mention that they wouldn’t wipe down seats or even give me an option to pay extra for a seat wipe down. Anyway, it takes five seconds so I did it myself but pretty irritating considering I paid $20 for vacuuming? A well run place would have just taken the five seconds to spray and wipe. Wouldn’t recommend there are better places in Austin like Washaroo.

Addendum: the folks at corporate were very helpful and quick and helped me get the mileage straight on my carfax. Because of their quick, friendly and professional assistance I am bumping the review up.
I got a state inspection and when it came time to pay they entered in 80,000 miles (it was 34748) and now I have a mileage discrepancy on Car Fax that I have to spend my time dealing with. The person who made the error said "it was a typo and wouldn't matter". I am still dealing with the repercussions of that careless transaction.

I went to Oil Changers to get my car inspected. The team there was super-efficient, professional, and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Tyler was professional and informative, completed my oil change very quickly and I got a free exterior wash as well. Price was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend!
