My son and his beautiful bride enjoyed a romantic magical wedding last weekend. The venue is beautiful and is laid out in a fashion to use every bit of it. Married out under the old oaks, charcuterie on front courtyard. Dinner and dancing under the tent overlooking the pond and flowers. Then my family spent the night in the house and enjoyed family breakfast together. The wedding party stayed in the cabin and had a sleepover party. These kids have known each other since child hood and Mark & Beth wanted to celebrate with friends. This venue has it all. The Coordinater Catherine is so so organized but still defers to “what the bride wants” in her directions. Great communication at every step. Very professional service. Thank you for this day!

As soon as we drove up to The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge through a field of wildflowers, we knew it was where we had to get married. My dream had always been to have a ceremony under large, old trees, and the oaks on this property are beyond stunning. Everything you could want in a venue is here—suites for getting ready, lodging options, outdoor ceremony space, a climate-controlled tent, a vineyard, a meadow…it really is perfect. The staff here was great, and we always felt we were in expert hands. They can accommodate pretty much anything you envision—the wedding the night before us had a guest count of 250; our guest count was 25. We could not have been happier with our venue choice, and our wedding photos are a forever testament to the beauty of this spectacular location.

Cute Venue, BUT during the ceremony 2 trains passed by, disturbing the intimate service. As a guest sitting at the ceremony it was very distracting and loud. Could not hear the bride and Groom when saying their vows.Other than that the Venue is beautiful!

We had our wedding here December 2023 and truly had the best day of our lives with loved ones.Everyone behind this venue whole heartedly works for you to have your best day. The property is stunning, making for a photographers play ground of infinite shots.The on site room accommodations make for a safe night and convince get ready locationMy husband and I were given a tour by Jaycie and we were immediately sold. Her energy and warmth helped make it a no brainer decision. I then toured a few other Austin venues and was so let down by how cold and transactional each meeting went.GO TOUR AND FALL IN LOVE!!!

We just got married here in December, and we had the best experience! The entire staff has been extremely helpful since the day we first walked in. They were very responsive and helped ensure that our wedding was the best! There are also spaces for guests to spend the night/weekend, and the staff is flexible with visiting for walk throughs with your vendors- which we also got to choose ourselves! This venue has indoor and outdoor accommodations, and the property is huge- we had all the space we needed. It is very evident that a lot of time and thoughtfulness went into creating this space because it felt so intimate and cozy. We loved getting married here!

I am so glad we chose this venue! Truly the best day of my life. We haven’t gotten many pictures back, as we just got married, but I had to come on here and rave about how wonderful everything is at Chapel Lodge. I love that you have an option to rent out and stay at the venue, my dad and mom’s family stayed at the lodge and cabin, it was so convenient and accommodating to all of their needs! Jaycie is a sales rep at the venue, we loved her from the very beginning, she’s one of the reasons we chose this venue! We actually hired her as our planner too, again another wonderful decision! The whole day was seriously perfect! She went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough for all she did for us! The venue is so beautiful it really doesn’t need a whole lot of flowers etc in my opinion; we had about 400 candles and it was so romantic! There are so many different spaces to utilize, if you haven’t been out here I highly recommend you get out there and check it out! If you’re looking to have the perfect wedding/party/stay etc.. look no further!Ps if you are looking at any of the previous reviews about food or bar, chapel lodge is only a venue, whoever hosted the party hired those people so this venue should not be to blame if you were not satisfied.

We chose to have our wedding at this venue not just because of the beautiful property but also due to the warm welcome we received from the very start when we were touring the venue. Jaycie was such a pleasure to work with and who always went the extra mile. From the beginning, Jaycie genuinely makes you feel like your wedding will be special and stand out from other weddings she has helped plan. Jaycie knew many of the vendors we used and communicated with them, she gave us great ideas on additional considerations for the wedding and always had an ability to quell any stress we had from general wedding planning. There is nothing that she can not do! Jaycie was simply the best and we highly recommend her as both a venue and wedding coordinator!Just 20 minutes south of downtown Austin, the outdoor space of the venue features massive oak trees that sets up a beautiful natural backdrop for the ceremony space. With the 50 acre property having a vineyard, expansive fields and a pond, it offers many opportunities for capturing memorable photos, especially during golden hour. The wedding flowed seamlessly from the ceremony under the oak trees to the cocktail hour in the courtyard to the dinner and reception in the indoor/outdoor tent. For any last-minute wedding needs, there are grocery and liquor stores, restaurants as well as after hour bar locations nearby. We highly recommend this venue for your wedding.

I had the wedding of my dreams at The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge. Getting married under the beautiful live oak trees was like something out of a storybook!From my first venue tour with the owner, Krista, to the big day itself, the entire planning process was seamless and worry-free.I am especially thankful for Catherine, the in-house coordinator, who went above and beyond in making sure the day went off without a hitch. We had so many guests remark that this was the most memorable, well-run wedding they'd ever been to before. THANK YOU!

Lovely venue but August is too hot for an outdoor wedding. The food was amazing but the tented reception could have used a few more AC units.

We had our wedding at The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge, and it was a smooth, beautiful, well-run and incredibly memorable event.Venue: Gorgeous outdoor venue with a peaceful setting for the ceremony and so many wonderful places to take stunning photos. There are the vineyards themselves, a pond with a fountain, the ceremony setting and the main house which has a Mediterranean feeling.Contract discussions: There were some points of negotiation in the contract. Chappel Lodge was flexible to meet some of our requests and, if they did not, they were transparent about their rationale for a particular requirement or clause.Vendor flexibility: Chappel Lodge allows couples to find their own vendors, with approval from the property, which opens up a very broad set of vendors.Planning: Catherine was our day-of event coordinator that is part of the package of working with Chappel Lodge (you have to have your own as well), and she provided valuable and practical guidance throughout the process. She is clearly very experienced and could give us guidance for every step of our day.Overall we highly recommend hosting your wedding here!

This venue is stunning. I went to a wedding here and the setting was stunning. The perfect venue for any couple wanting to get married in Austin, but totally surrounded in nature and away from traffic. So well manicured and maintained. Sunsets here are phenomenal and my wife and I loved a stroll in the vineyard and seeing the sunset and fountain from our table during reception. The tent was perfect and the weather amazing. I highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting to get married in Austin but with nature all around and a super chill vibe. So many amazing backdrops throughout!
