Wonderful customer service. I was served by the same gentleman both times I visited the store. He was knowledgeable, patient and provided exceptional customer service. I usually go to a smaller “locally owned” shipping store, but after my past 2 experiences at UPS, I will be switching to UPS.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. James is most definitely the best print guy I’ve ever had. I take him some off the wall things to print in such as guitar bodies. He is super nice, meticulous and does give you anything less than his absolute best. He is and will be my go to person for printing from here on. Thank you James for always coming through and doing an excellent job!!!

I recently moved to CC neighborhood. My 2 experiences at this UPS store have been excellent: several ladies on the staff were so helpful, friendly and efficient! The services I required were a bit complicated but they were knowledgeable and reassuring in achieving successful completion! I will depend on this store for many reasons! Thank you!

This store is the best! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The owner even re-opened the door when he was closing it for the day so that my passport application would make it, Heather and Kirsten are also helpful anytime. I recommend this store.

I had a great experience at the new UPS location! Avery went above and beyond to assist us when we walked in. She provided the attention and assistance we needed to notarize a few important documents. I am truly impressed with this UPS spot and highly recommend it.

This one-star review is for UPS corporate. The staffs here at this store is absolutely amazing, very helpful, very compassionate, really good at their jobs. BUT apparently UPS corporate is losing their mind, to print something here they're charging you 3 dollars just to use the computer, and if you're not fast enough and get your stuff printed within 3 minutes, they charge you 2 dollars more just to keep using "their computer". So I ended up paying UPS 5 bucks just to print one page of document. Do I enjoy this particular experience? You tell me. Do better UPS!

I live near this UPS store and had a shipping label ready to go for a large box containing fragile electronics. I am a bit paranoid about shipping damage (to put it lightly) and Gabe (the manager, I believe) went out of his way to tape it up perfectly, agreeing with all of my (possibly unreasonable) requests. Thanks!

Great store that’s open on Sunday! Super convenient to SW area and very friendly service. Sometimes I also have pre labeled USPS packages and they will let me put them in their outgoing.

After letting the phone ring for at least 2-3 minutes at the William Cannon location (I assumed they were busy helping in store customers), I called the slaughter store, and Kristen was a ray of happiness. She cheerfully answered my questions (who thought shipping could be so painless). I arrived 15 mins before closing with 5 big boxes to ship and a carton of spectrum internet/TV routers and equipment. She had me squared away in no time. Super pleasant experience. Assuming my packages arrive safe and sound I'll be a total UPS store convert!

This location was amazing! I had some last minute printing that I was handling for a bachelorette party, and this team made it happen. Not only did they get my saddle-bkund book printed, they also helped me make my own Taboo-like game cards, and they were so patient and helpful the entire time. Joey, Gabe, and Kirsten really provided an amazing customer experience. And they helped me pull off an amazing weekend of events!
