The young men were very professional, respectful and helpful! The employee was patient with me and helped me with the least cost-effective option to get a printed return label for the K12 materials. They even helped a customer with a large drop off and there was no time delay for the rest of us. IMPRESSIVE TO SAY THE LEAST!

This is a review for Natalie at the store. Thank you, Natalie, for ensuring I had an awesome experience yesterday. I needed printouts, copies, and passport photos, and you did an amazing job with all, but especially the passport photo. You genuinely cared about taking a good picture and even took four or five shots, showing them to me so I could choose. I’ve been to other stores where they don’t care how the photo turns out, but your dedication really stood out. I’ll be coming here for all my future printing, copying, and passport photography needs!

I dropped off an item for the USPS and it never was scanned into the system and is now lost. I went back and asked them about it and they said 3 other people came in and said the same thing. #lotsofmissingpackages
