Our team needed to print a couple hundred flyers for an event and get a box shipped out within a few hours. The team at this UPS store helped me complete the tasks easily and very quickly. 100% would recommend!

The gentlemen I interacted with was very nice and helpful! As soon as I walked in, he made eye contact with me and asked me if I needed help. I needed one piece of tape to keep my box closed and he gave it to me for free, unlike other locations who charge you just for a single piece of tape. He even let me put my own label I brought on the package, along with the UPS label. He was so patient and so kind, I will be using this location from here on for everything. : )

Store is not open at 830am on a weekday (8/1) as posted on front of store. Still "closed" at 845. Oddly front door is not locked but the gate is down. People are walking in past the copier and other items but unable to use the drop box. No employees are present. It seems like it was left unlocked. Very poor security and operation.

I have come here quite a few times for Amazon returns and for the most part, it's been really straight forward and reliable. I won't come back after my latest experience.
A guy I've never seen working there was doing nothing in a corner and came up to me immediately after I walked in and forced me to scan my own return myself instead of helping me at the register. I got a really weird tracking number I've never seen before and it also didn't register on my Amazon account immediately like it does when they do it at the counter.
There was only one other customer in the store at the other kiosk, so he obviously forced this other guy to do his own return too. Apparently this guy doesn't realize he has a customer service job. I don't appreciate walking into an empty store after working all day for a routine interaction and you putting me to work!!

I needed to mail 3 tank tops to California. They were packaged in the same packaging Old Navy sent them to me in. The employee working there told me it was going to be $50 for ground shipping delivery date 6 days from today. When I asked why it was so expensive, she had no answer. I knew it didn’t cost that much to mail these items and I asked her to please explain why she quoted it at $50. She told me she has no idea, that’s just what the computer said. I wanted to know why it was so expensive so I could figure out how to ship it for less, she had no idea why the price was the price it was. Drove to the Postal Office and mailed it for $9.85 with priority shipping delivery in 3 days. I suggest you question your prices for shipping in this location. They might be doing something very wrong at your expense.

Location very unprofessional. Always late. Location is suppose to open at 8:30am instead we see these clowns walking in at 8:45am with no urgency or apologies to the customers, whom been waiting to give this location business. I would think twice before wanting to do business here. Management is not keen and service is definitely not worth your time. Do better and go to a UPS that wants your business.

First, we had gone to USPS and they could do a return label. So then we went to UPS store @ 9741 N Lake Creek Pkwy 78717. UPS Specialist name Jordan made it a breeze for us. He was very polite and very professional. Shipment was lot cheaper, too. Thank you Jordan!
