I came in yesterday to drop off a package and Peaches helped me. She is so incredibly kind and warm it compelled me to write a positive review. She was super helpful and expedient, that combined with her happy demeanor in that short interaction made my day. Her and her coworker worked through the long line efficiently. I highly recommend this location!

I rated it 10 because the customer service was truly exceptional.
Peaches was incredibly kind, patient, and efficient, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Her professionalism and genuine warmth stood out, and it’s rare to find someone who’s both so competent and so pleasant to work with.
The experience was quick, easy, and honestly just really positive - I’d absolutely recommend this location because of her.

Angel was extremely patient, professional, and courteous as he worked with me to ship out 4 Christmas gifts all across North America as well as handle a return. He helped with the customs forms to Canada, triple-checked addresses, and worked with me even a few minutes past closing to make sure I checked every box off my to-do list. Super appreciate his customer service and I will go out of my way to visit the UPS store again because of how exceptional Angel is. Thank you!!!

I needed to return several TVs. Tiffany helped me out and was friendly and patient with me since I had several different returns and I didn’t know which labels went to which boxes. It’s rare these days that you have someone that patient, kind, and upbeat to help make those situations easier. Because of that great experience she provided, I’ll definitely come back to this store.

I've been in this store many times and I've seen it packed. The way that they handle customers in the midst of it all with kindness and grace is incredible. The last time I was there Cynthia and Peaches were extra helpful and they had their hands full! How do we get them a raise?! Thank you for all you do!

Peaches and Angel are the absolute best! Working with them to process my returns and ship my packages for work reminds me of what it must’ve been like in the 50’s seeing the postman roll up to your house. So neighborly and we always share a laugh. The only UPS I’ll go to, so grateful it’s in my hood. Saying extra prayers for them with the holidays approaching as I know how crazy it’s gonna get!

Nice people, but they charge $5 to print a label, or $3 if you login to their computer plus $.44 a page printed. Only ups store to charge these prices. Beware.

Honestly, this was the best UPS experience I’ve ever had.
Peaches was incredibly friendly and packed everything with care — separating items neatly and folding clothes perfectly. Angel was equally as personable and efficient. Thanks to both of them, there was rarely any lines because they operated so quickly. Overall, the whole process was smooth and easy!
