All other UPS Stores don’t charge to have a label emailed and printed out however they charge you here. The one on S Lamar and Ben White does not, won’t come back here again.

Absolutely the best UPS Store I’ve EVER frequented. Kathy and Victoria are the most professional, kind, and helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They always go the extra mile to make sure everyone gets excellent and efficient service in record time. They also recognize repeat customers by name. I love this store, and hope they never leave. They get an A+ and a standing ovation from me!

Avoid if you're doing a pre-paid label return. They want to charge $8+ to print their own label.

Somebody give Andrea a raise! I regularly ship/receive from this location and she is always incredibly helpful. Even when I’ve come in close to closing time, she’s never stressed out or rude. Great place! Thank you.

Gets the job done for drop offs when they are open. I have gone several times during regular business hours only to be met with a dark locked door. I guess call before you visit.

I just paid $7 to print a return label. Complete rip off. Don't print anything here. They should be ashamed of themselves. The last ups store i went to was able to print return labels for me free of charge

After the stores comment, there is no sign posted that is visible to the public to ascertain if this is a corporate store or a franchise. There are NO listing of prices visible to the public. This was the highest margin of a retail business for a profit 66% of the shipping cost to use UPS as the shipping company causes me to go to FED EX for now on. If you want to do business with an unethical franchisee than this is your store, as for me NEVER again.

This store will try to nickel and dime you. First off, UPS is inferior to FedEx in every way. Their prices, their technology, their customer service, etc. This particular location takes that to a whole new level. They charge $5 to print a label that they should just be able to scan but require you to print because then they can say you “have” to have it printed and charge you. There is only ever one person working so if you have anymore than 3 customers expect a long wait. And finally, their employees’ default answer to any issue is always one where they charge you. For example, I had an Amazon return that combined 5 orders and they only gave one QR code. I had all the items packed in 3 boxes so I asked well can’t you just use that same QR for all 3? No, you have to buy this $11 box, put them all together so I can use the QR code once. I called Amazon and found out that is a lie. They told me just to take it to Whole Foods, no charge. Stay away from this place. It’s a borderline scam.

Highly recommend this location. Alex and Andrea took care of printing and laminating some critical reference docs for me. Convenient, as I was also able to buy high quality shipping boxes at the same time. Thanks y'all!

I walked in to this location and there were 3 employees talking to each other...one asked me how he could assist...i told him i had a package to drop off and he "just check in there".... not aware that UPS had a new check in system i looked and saw a terminal. it was obvious i was lost and none of the 3 employees did much to assist. once i checked in the package, i had no clue where to drop it off so i turned around and asked where i deposit the package...the girl, sitting on a counter simply replied "right there". very unprofessional for 3 employees to congregate and not assist customers, and seeing the female sitting on the counter. fortunately i won't be back to this location.
