We have a mailbox at this UPS store. All the staff are amazing! Ralph, Chelsa, David, and Kristy are so friendly and efficient. The store is always clean, light, and bright, and well-stocked. They even have a self-service area for Amazon returns so you don’t have to wait in line. The mail service is great - they receive all our mail and packages. They also provide notary services. Highly recommend!

This UPS location makes my life so much easier! I often have to pick up wine and the team makes the pick up process quick and painless. I want to give a shout out to Kriste, she helped me get a few things shipped out, she was helpful, kind and made the process pain free, she also saved me from having to run to my car during a crazy summer rainstorm!

This store is AMAZING!!! Especially the employees who work there are the best part. Chelsa is super friendly and so helpful. Kriste is also super helpful and nice and once helped carry 12 big boxes to my car and loaded them for me!! Above and beyond service every time!

Customer service is always great here from shipping, to printing and notary. The team is helpful and friendly. Love the Amazon return self service kiosk - although the team is always ready to help out if something isn't working.

Chelsa has great customer service skills. I’ve been there twice while she was working and I was in an out with no problems. I recently moved and I’m happy to know I have a reliable UPS down the road.

Kriste helped a few of us today. She was literally jogging to the back to put boxes away so she could help customers faster. You don’t see that kind of work ethic from many people. I was impressed.

This UPS store is my go to store for everything related to copies, faxes, mail, shipping, etc. And Chelsa is the most knowledgeable employee. She's amazing. I asked her if she was the Manager or the franchisee because she is so on top of everything going on in that store. She greets everyone that walks into that store and has the highest energy level. If you are anywhere near this store location, don't bother going anywhere else. Stop in here and they will take great care of you. Outstanding customer service and support.

I came into the UPS store on a Friday evening with 12 shipments worth of items and Chelsa and Ralph were amazing!! They were extremely helpful, got all of the packages packed and ready to go so quickly, and were happy to help! I was dreading shipping all of my items, but Chelsa and Ralph made the experience painless! :)
