I have nothing but a glowing review for The Ring! Laurel was absolutely amazing at helping me find the perfect ring based on the preferences I had, and it was great that she was able to find something that fit what I wanted with a unique twist. I absolutely loved every second working with The Ring. I worked closely with Laurel to plan out my ring with a custom setting and I provided my own gemstone, and she ensured that the whole process was worry free and advocated for my very specific custom setting vision every step of the way. The final product is so incredibly beautiful, and I can tell that Laurel and Julia were invested in my project and were so happy to see it completed. One really cool aspect of The Ring is that they had all of their settings displayed to help visualize the final product, and you can customize the base settings that they have! Thank you to The Ring and to Laurel for being so supportive, energetic, patient, and knowledgable - this has been the closest thing to perfection that I could have imagined!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience designing my custom engagement ring with the help of Laurel at The Ring! The entire process was helpful, supportive, and the opposite of snooty, so we had a really positive experience and felt very comfortable. My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at The Ring. Laurel took care of us from start to finish and I genuinely enjoyed working with her. She was attentive, not pushy and always communicative. My husband bought my engagement ring here after reading amazing reviews, and we came back to buy our wedding bands here too. We ended up needing to get my engagement ring reset, but Laurel couldn’t have been more helpful during the entire process. She knows what she’s talking about, she knew us and our style so well, she made thoughtful recommendations, and supported us every step of the way. We cant recommend this place enough

Wow! Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Laurel and Richard were absolutely amazing. I contacted them because I had two rings that had been in damage and needed to be repaired, from start to finish their customer service was amazing so hard to find kind people in the service industry now days they really went above and beyond to help me out will definitely be back for future service from them!

My wife and I had an exceptional experience purchasing our wedding bands at The Ring, thanks to Richard's outstanding service. Richard was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly listened to our needs. He took the time to explain the various options for my wedding band, breaking down the differences in price, width, weight, and specs, which was invaluable since I had little idea what I was looking for. His expertise saved us from making a mistake with an online purchase that wouldn’t have suited my preferences.
Richard’s recommendations were spot-on, and his communication was impeccable throughout the process. He went above and beyond by coordinating with the designer of my wife’s wedding band to ensure her engagement ring could be sent for a perfect match. He also worked diligently to guarantee my band arrived in time for our wedding, which was a huge relief.
We’re so grateful we chose to visit The Ring and had Richard’s guidance. His personalized approach and dedication made all the difference. There are a lot of ring stores in Austin—different styles, settings, diamond sizes, and price ranges. We went to countless stores viewing our options. We thought we had already found “the one” at a different store, but after continuing to explore, we ended up at The Ring Austin. Ironically another well known ring store recommended The Ring to us when they didn’t have diamonds for us to view that matched our vision. Even though another store offered a similar ring at a lower price, we ultimately chose The Ring because of the exceptional service we received from Jack at the Anderson location.
From the moment we walked in, Jack took the time to guide us through our options—even though we already had a good idea of what we were looking for. He added insights about the process and educated us on things we hadn’t even considered. His attention to detail and genuine care made a big impact. He was very knowledgeable, genuine, and cared about guiding us to the right decision more than pushing a sell to buy anything.
What really sealed the deal was that after reviewing all our options, The Ring ended up offering the best price too. We got a larger diamond than we expected for less than what we were about to spend on smaller stones elsewhere. They also had the best after purchase care and insurance programs from what we experienced elsewhere. Jack worked within our budget and still helped us find something beautiful that matched our vision. We were beyond impressed that he was able to pull that off, even helped us get a custom setting that they did not have, matching our vision.
He stayed in touch throughout the entire process—giving updates, checking in on our thoughts, and making sure every detail was right. We left not only feeling confident about the purchase but genuinely happy about the experience.

Jerah and the staff are amazing. I was very thankful to get what really felt like a very personal touch. I am looking for a reason to go back in! Resized my ring and it turned out great!! They also found a loose prong on the diamond and fixed it for free:)) very impressed and happy!
