I just went there and they didn't remove the bird poop on the hood. Maybe they needed to scrub a little bit harder to remove the white stains. Other than that they did a well job

Definitely not worth the $80 plus tip that you pay before the service unless you carry cash. Extremely disappointed as this was a really great spot. It took 2 hours to get my car cleaned, a brand new car that is 2 weeks old. The “cream” they use for the interiors is super oily and leaves floors slippery. Many spots inside and out left untouched or with smudging. With taxes and tip, I payed over $100 for a mediocre car wash. Whatever changed needs to be reassessed as their work is not the quality they offered before.
Edit: I just found a scratch inside my brand new car! Horrible!

85 dollars later. This is it. When questions were asked about the vacuuming that didn't get done I was told to get a shampoo for 240. Lol

The prices list on the website did not match what was charged. Website price is $55, I was charged $60 and told the price had increased. If that's so, change the website to match what's charged.

Completely left at shocked after I payed $70 for what was an interior and exterior wash and clean for my single cab truck and the bed was completely untouched. I had previously gone to pits and asked for the same service on a mustang which was usually $45-50 and normally had no issues. Since I had built this trust with them I decided to take my truck and have them do the same service, was up charged $20 for it being a truck when in reality a 2 door mustang and a 2 door truck are the same thing size wise. And again the inside of my bed was completely untouched. I did try calling and asking how we could fix the issue. But I was told that they wouldn’t fix it, and next time to tell them to wash the inside of my bed and I would be charged extra since it’s not in the service already!?!?!
I find this a complete joke of a response, again I payed $70!!!!!! For an interior and exterior wash. The inside of my bed counts as the exterior!!!
I’m not one to normally leave bad reviews but man this one is completely called for.

I have been to other hand car wash points and paid more but my plastic carpets were not washed.I am pleased that they washed them.Thank you The Pits

I love this place but a bit disappointed in the price increase. It used to cost me 40 now it’s 55. That’s a bit excessive in my opinion especially for a hand car wash place. But they do a great job.

I didn't give this place a single star. I just left there feeling very uncomfortable. They left my car dirty. Here I show you the photos. They told me the price is $60 to leave it clean inside and out and they left it the same when I went to give it to me. They made excuses. I do not recommend this place at all in order to work quickly they do a terrible job

they lost my business/owners a lier/charged me higher for having a brand new EV.
I would normally go here and they charged me $30 with cash and $35 with card. I would tip $10.
They told me because of the type of car I have its $42. Which is fine if you raise prices across the board then the manager lied and said its always been $42. I checked my bank statements that was in fact a lie.
