My maintenance request was not even responded to, let alone accomplished. Unusual experience. My stove burners remain just as broken as before. The stove still isn't level. The lights remain unchanged. I'd appreciate at least a note or email that "we don't have time..." or some such. But, nothing but crickets. In the end, I bought two 8" burners and replaced the broken units. As I see it, you owe me $36. Since this episode, maintenance has been superb, but you still owe me $36.

Friendly, attentive staff. Comfortable waiting area. Common areas were very clean. Very clean apartment upon move in! I just love the granite countertops, the ceiling fan/lights in the bedrooms and living room, the ADA toilet, and the flooring! Top notch! Very attentive/professional manager.

Sandra our leasing manager is so courteous and extremely helpful and professional, on top of things. And our maintenance Chris takes care of any problems right away that we have. Very professional! I received a nice welcoming from everyone!

I regret to say that my experience at The Nightingale at Goodnight Ranch has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. One of the most alarming issues is the management’s unethical practices regarding billing. They have repeatedly claimed that residents, many of whom are elderly and on fixed incomes, owe money when they do not. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to exploit vulnerable individuals, which is nothing short of fraudulent.
In addition to the financial mismanagement, there is a constant turnover of staff. This lack of continuity has led to poor communication, inconsistent policies, and a general sense of instability. Each new team seems unaware of the previous management's actions, leading to repeated mistakes and confusion.
The frequent staff changes also mean that promises made by one set of employees are not honored by their successors. This has left many residents feeling frustrated and mistrustful. Furthermore, the new staff often seems poorly trained and ill-equipped to handle the needs of the residents, leading to a significant decline in the quality of service and care.
In summary, I would strongly advise anyone considering The Nightingale at Goodnight Ranch to look elsewhere. The combination of financial exploitation, poor management, and frequent staff changes makes this an unsuitable and stressful environment for elderly individuals seeking a safe and stable home.

Was not told before I moved that most of the shared areas are under construction. It's a long wait for activities to resume.

Love staying here. One of my best friend lets me stay at his apartment even if he's not there.
