Came in today with my husband and I overheard the owner in the back being extremely rude to an employee. I’m shocked on how they just took it like it was another normal day in the store. I immediately walked out and was appalled. I’ll take my money elsewhere. The jewelry store Eliza Page in Austin has a way better selection.

I have been buying jewelry from Vickie since 2012. She has incredible taste - her jewelry is absolutely stunning. She has the most gorgeous pieces, and they're one of a kind. And her customer service is stellar. She has so much vibrance and personality, and she makes the shopping experience so much fun! She truly cares about her customers, and her customers are loyal to her in return - she has had the same customers for decades, and there's a reason. She's a brilliant and trustworthy businesswoman in how she builds relationships and how she runs her company. If you want unique jewelry and a fun shopping experience, go to the Menagerie. Highly, highly recommend!!

I should not have waited until the day-of to locate an anniversary gift for my wife, but I honestly didn't have the great idea until the night before. I called all over town looking for a very specific piece of china. My call to The Menagerie was far-and-away the best call that I made. They went out of their way to help me locate what I was looking for. They combed through their stock to find something that fit the criteria that I had, but it wasn't quite the design that I wanted. Then, they were happy to refer me to another business in town that I would have never thought of calling -- one that multiple web searches did not turn up. The new place was able to get me what I needed. Though I didn't end up doing business with The Menagerie, I would be more than happy to do so in the future based on the wonderful customer service I received.

I haven't given a review on Yelp since 2016 - so it says a lot that I'm writing this now. Vickie, Menagerie's owner, is amazing! She makes you feel like a friend in her home. This was the most fun jewelry experience I have ever had. I was looking for an eternity band for a special anniversary. I found exactly what I was looking for at a great value. To make sure she was for real, I went to a few other jewelry stores in town; they couldn't match her warmth or her price. Do yourself a favor and go to the Menagerie!

I have loved The Menagerie for many years and continue to enjoy my relationship with Vicki Roan and her staff. I have a beautiful diamond that I had not worn in years! Vicki looked at it and said I should update the setting to something more contemporary. She had a new setting in mind and it's perfect for me. They delivered the ring today and I'm thrilled with the choice and quality of the setting! Just walking into The Menagerie is a wonderful experience as her taste in jewelry, china and crystal is timeless. I support our local Austin shops and we all should buy local when we can!

The best place for a wedding registry in Austin! They have a great selection of both new and antique pieces and an easy to use online system for ordering gifts. Registering in-store with Vickie and Emily was such a wonderful and special experience - so much more personal than a big box store. Shop local and register at the Menagerie!

The Menagerie has the finest jewelry, most fabulous crystal, and special gifts for all ages! The owner and the staff are incredible. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Vickie or Josh. They always have what you need or else get it for you very quickly. The service and quality are impeccable! I love buying and getting their specially wrapped packages. When you see that luscious pink / salmon box with their beautiful bow, you KNOW you are in for a fabulous treat! (And shopping their is truly a treat too - I always leave feeling like a million bucks - even on the rare occasions I don’t spend a penny ❤️)

This year marked a significant birthday and I wanted to have a ring designed for the special day. I have always thought the Menagerie had beautiful jewelry and decided to talk to Josh Davenport and see what we could come with. I had something in mind so Josh and I began the process. He TRULY listened to everything I wanted in the ring and was unbelievably patient, paying close attention to every detail. We had a wonderful time. He was able to speak to my ideas and Bruce's engineering specifics. It is hard to find someone so versatile, patient and FUN to design with! The ring is spectacular! It exceeded all of our expectations. Josh created the most beautiful design with Bruce and I and made this a priceless and very memorable experience. We both highly recommend Josh Davenport and The Menagerie for uniquely custom made pieces that will thrill you each time you look at them. We could not be happier. Thank you Josh and Vickie!
