In five months' time, Mary Lynne was the selling agent for our home as well as a rental property and the buying agent for our new home. We contacted her almost daily on one property or another and she was always quick to reply (even at 6:30 in the morning or 11 at night!). She was always available. Her customer service skills are exemplary.

Mary Lynne knows the ins and outs of the current real estate market especially in this constantly changing climate of Greater Austin! When we sat down to discuss selling our home, we had circumstances and limitations that did not allow us to show the house on public MLS. She reassured us that she would honor our requests through private realtor connections and be contacted whenever interested buyers wanted to tour. This worked for all involved. Mary Lynne kept us updated and helped determine the selling price. She made the whole effort go smoothly! We highly recommend Mary Lynne!

We can't recommend Mary Lynne and the Gibbs Team enough! We were looking for a house in Lakeway and Mary Lynne not only had access to off-market listings, when we found a house we loved she helped us secure the winning offer of multiple offers. She was also incredibly helpful throughout the contracting phase. She assisted the owners of the home to find vendors to create custom drainage gates, provided us with almost daily updates, and was even willing to help us with finding a renter for our current home in central Austin. Look no further for a realtor, especially if you are looking in the Lakeway area!

Mary Lynne is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. Beingunfamiliar with how intense the real estate scene is here, we had some difficulty adjusting, and some unrealistic expectations.She was patient, reliable, and always returned phone calls and texts.She is very knowledgeable about the marketplace.After a year and a half of looking, she helped us navigate a "bidding war"and we signed a contract on a lovely home in exactly the area we wanted to be in.
