Absolutely terrible service. We had our car washed/cleaned today and here are the results of the "best" Indy 500 program. Total degradation of the company - we will never come again.

Pretty poor job. Big scraps of food were still there afterwards. It really isn’t that hard to check and make sure it’s done properly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT PROTECTING IT!!! I was a regular customer at the Finish Line until they inflicted damage to my truck when washing it and refused to do anything about it. I came in after the incident to speak with them, where I proceeded to explain the situation and politely ask for information to file a claim. The manager immediately shot me down, stating that they were not responsible for the damage, and even admitted that they likely were indeed the culprits, but that they did not care. The manager's tone was also very dismissive, defensive, and flat out rude. I was honestly more appalled with the manner in which he treated me rather than their refusal to fix the damage. Culture starts at the top, so I am not surprised that their washer was so careless when washing my truck, given their management's own clear lack of accountability. I found the whole experience completely disheartening and I will not be taking any vehicles here ever again. I suggest you do the same.

Regrettably, I must agree with others: this place has declined to an unacceptable level of quality. After years of being a loyal customer, my recent detailing was so poor that it felt like I had thrown $120 away. I will never return.

Great price for a wash, excellent customer service. Will be back!
2024 update: Requested only an exterior hand-wash detail over the phone and was told that's not possible. Some flexibility in the detail should be an option. I've had issues with my rubber mats not being attached properly (the prongs bent so it won't clip in) and my seat belt receiver getting crushed when my back seats (which I always keep down) are put up during cleaning. I love the exterior service but would prefer to manage the interior myself.

I used to love this place. Been coming here for 7+ years. It’s not close to me because I live in South Austin, but I always make the trip when I need a good wash. The last few car washes have been slightly underwhelming (still dirt on my truck, subpar vacuum, etc), but I am a loyal customer so I always give them another chance. However, today I pulled in at 12:05 PM on a Monday, the sun is shining, and a worker outside told me they were closed. He barely spoke English. When I asked him if they are usually closed on Monday, he said no, but they are closing today because it’s a “slow day”. What?? I don’t know what’s going on, but I am extremely frustrated after driving all the way over here. I could understand them closing if it’s actively raining or some sort of inclement weather, but the sun is out and it seems like a great time to get my truck cleaned. Headed somewhere else.

I’ve been going here to take the Porsches for years…gradually have lacked attention to detail but I continued to go. I just went 15 minutes ago and was basically forced and herded to move the front (I was the only car there). I let the the guy that takes your order know, that i was trying to read the list to see what I wanted (was going to get the full service wax) he just rudely said “you’re gonna have to jump out of your car anyways”. I let him know I did not want to do that (they’ve always let me review the services) and wasn’t even offered an option. Needles to say this all around RUDE and cattle herding type behavior is unacceptable. Will now go the recommended Barton Springs Car Wash.

Mark the new manager that has been here for 7 months is the most condescending rude jerk ever!
Unbelievably rude.
You better hope you never have a problem here and have to deal with a true jerk.
They did a shotty job on my truck.
I simply want what I paid for.
All he does is interrupt and make excuses.
HORRIBLE
This only for the elite with new cars.
If you have an older model they do not want you.
They actually have to do a good job.
I feel sorry for anyone that works for him.

I used to go here pretty frequently and they did a good job but it’s not on the right side of town for me anymore. I was shocked, actually shocked at the condition they tried to give me the car in, it looked like they had not vacuumed it at all practically. I asked them to vacuum it again, and these photos were taken after that second pass. They literally did not even wipe/duet down the dash even after I said the inside was unacceptable. Visible dirt just everywhere still. Looking at the recent reviews, this is the new normal here. Will never go here again

They consistently do a bad job with the interior. You have to point out every area they missed to have them re vacuum. I only come here when I need a last minute wash. These photos were taken after I asked them to re vacuum.
