I relocated to a new city and the nearest store was 100 miles away. I didn't mind because The Container Store has served me well. If you ask any person who knows me, they would tell you how much I love this place. 1. Take more money than you think you'll need because you're going to need everything in there and 2. Become a PopStar! You're welcome ? Have organization bless.

I wanted to write a 5 star review! Unfortunately poor product performance and wishy washy customer support has me here writing a 2 star review. I purchased $400 worth of containers for a move. I wanted to invest in the CS moving containers vs doing my usual Walmart or IKEA because I wanted to start building a collection of nice, high quality storage containers. When our moving truck arrived, ALL of the CS boxes were broken in one way or another.... but my old Walmart and IKEA boxes were intact. I was so frustrated, but I figured I would at least get a refund or a store credit from CS to make it right. I called corporate, and they said "well you used the boxes in a move, so we cant do anything" (first of all that is literally what they are for?) "call the local store to see if they can do anything for you".... so after that frustrating interaction with corporate, I called this store location and no one could give me an answer. I got passed around or put on hold numerous times. I am out $400 and wasted lots of time trying to get this sorted. Very disappointed. :(

Gave the wrong parts twice for a single order. Fixed it, but it was very inconvenient for my project.

Probably one of the worse Container Store locations you'll ever deal with. I bought an Elfa custom closet ($$$), and they messed up my order multiple times after spending hours on the phone with them trying to make sure the right items are ordered.
I'm not sure how this branch is still in business, but it definitely hurts their brand. I've been to other branches including San Diego branch, and it's a much, much better team there.

Overall decent spot to find stuff for your home. However, closest system is way over priced and some items for bowls and containers seem high in price compared to other spots.

We have had such great customer service experiences with this location. We ordered something online and put it together only to find that the final components were damaged. They agreed to exchange it and put together another unit for us themselves. This, combined with other positive in-store experiences, has been so refreshing in the face of seemingly ever-declining customer service from most other businesses.

Pam is the absolute best. I came in with a bunch of questions, and she answered them with kindness and authority. The next time I need a custom solution, I will be seeking Pam’s guidance at the container store!
