The Frances Modern Inn is an amazing and phenomenal hotel with an excellent vibe. It offers a comfortable, chic, and very well-designed experience with an AirBnb feel due to its self-service check-in and amazing communication via text. The establishment is quirky, elegant, and thoughtfully appointed. It is located in a perfect, centrally located spot in East Austin, within walking distance of dinner, bars, coffee, and shops, with downtown a short ride away. The rooms are super fun and have everything needed, including comfortable beds, books with little lights, and adorable bathrooms with complimentary bath bombs. Some rooms feature a phenomenal apartment style or a soaker tub. An attached Michelin star Southeast Asian restaurant is super good. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and easy to reach. Parking is available, though a bit tight. Guests describe it as one of their favorite stays ever, highly recommending it to anyone.

Absolutely phenomenal stay! Could not have been happier with the accommodations! We stayed in the “apartment” style room which was phenomenal. Super fun, quirky and elegant. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
