This place has everything I want; the beautiful view from high rise, very spacious room, proximity to all the places I love to go; grocery stores, park, clubs, restaurants, incredible swimming pool on the roof top and great amenities and wonderful staffs, Andrew, Mitchell and Lucero. I enjoyed my seamless communications and interactions with Andrew and Mitchell who are very professional and have great manners. When you encounter very positive energies coming from kindness, care and joy in what they are doing, you are attracted to it and want to be a part of it. They have such energy and made me feel at home on my first and second visit. The excellent service and experience that you receive in the process is added to the beauty living in high rise with wonderful location and amenities.

Where do I start?
I’ve been living at The Bowie for nearly a year now and I’m about to renew my lease! Before moving here, I considered a few options in the area, including Monarch, but ultimately chose The Bowie and have had absolutely no regrets. It was the best decision, hands down, 100%.
During my apartment tour with Mitchell (who’s a super chill leasing consultant that I highly recommend), several things stood out to me:
(1) The pool is located on the 36th floor! On sunny days, you’ll definitely find me out there, working from my laptop. It’s an incredible amenity with a breathtaking view—it was a major factor in why I chose The Bowie.
(2) In my opinion, it’s in the best location possible. It’s literally central to everything. The bars like Rustic and Buford's are within walking distance, Lifetime is across the street, and Corepower is next door. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are nearby, so I hardly ever need to drive. I walk everywhere, and if you work from home like I do, you won’t even need a car, haha.
(3) The entire leasing team—Emily, Lucero, and Mitchell—are incredibly helpful and friendly. Emily is approachable, genuinely cares about the residents, and responds quickly to any inquiries. Whenever I need something fixed or have any issues, the leasing and maintenance team is always there for me. This level of service is exactly what I expect, and this team delivers exceptionally well. As they say, you're only as good as your management team—they all deserve a raise! Also, a shout-out to Jay, one of the concierges, who’s been amazing—though we may disagree on sports teams (screw the Chiefs, go Eagles! Just kidding).
(4) Other amenities like the coffee area on the 10th floor and the ability to rent out the 31st floor for private events.
(5) Thanks to Lucero, there are events almost every month, which is something I always look forward to. It’s a great opportunity to meet other residents and foster a fun, friendly community atmosphere.
One area that could use improvement is the speed of the elevators. They tend to be slow at times, although this has been a common issue in most luxury apartments I've lived in before.
What more could you ask for? 5/5 starts
I highly recommend living here! If you have any questions, feel free to message me.
P.S. Currently, while the gym is closed (not sure when it will reopen), they are offering FREE Lifetime memberships for residents, which is a fantastic perk!

The best of humanity for some reason works at The Bowie, starting from Said, Jay and others at the concierge to Mitch helping during the lease process that led me to bother with my random questions and asks to the most kind person I met in Austin, Emily. Emily, many many many thanks for your graciousness, kindness and patience, Bowie management is fortunate to have you and so is everyone else who lives here. Be well all. Cheers, Kiran

Mitchell Galindo is an extraordinary leasing consultant. He will go above and beyond to take care of any and all concerns to ensure you are happy at The Bowie. I have been a resident for a year and have just resigned for another because of Mitchell's continuing support.

The apartment was great. Needs a second coffee cup. Bed is comfortable but noisy if you turn or get up. The experience was great.

I recently relocated to The Bowie, and I must say, it has been an outstanding experience! From the prime location to the well-maintained building and exceptional staff, every aspect of The Bowie makes it a wonderful place to live.
A special shout-out to Lucero from the leasing office, who was instrumental in making my move smooth and hassle-free. She was attentive to all my needs, ensuring that everything was perfectly in place from the moment I arrived. The entire team here deserves applause for their dedication and hard work.
Living at The Bowie has been nothing short of fantastic, and I cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking for a new home in the area. If you value a top-notch living environment supported by a stellar team, The Bowie should definitely be at the top of your list!

I love living at The Bowie! The building, amenities, and location speaks for itself but the incredible staff is what makes it truly amazing. Lucero and Mitchell with the leasing team have been so accommodating and supportive during the move-in process and I always feel well taken care of if any issue ever arrises.
The front desk concierge team are so kind and personable. You can always count on being welcomed home with a smile.
The maintenance team is timely and efficient even with the smallest requests.
I’ve only lived here a few months but so far, it’s been a great experience!

Just signed a lease here. Very excited to move in! Mitchell in the leasing office was extremally helpful on getting us the unit we wanted. He had extensive knowledge of the units and was very responsive to my inquiries. I have friends and family who live here and they love it

I’ve been a resident of Bowie for 4 years and love the location most of all. Walking conveniences to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, the downtown Public Library, Hike and Bike Trails by Town Lake, with many restaurants and music venues within a short distance. While it’s had some ups and downs, things are looking up with a new management company while retaining key people like Emily the Assistant Manager, who has been incredibly supportive of me during the 4 years I’ve been a resident. Emily truly cares about residents, is always helpful, and makes sky-rise living a positive experience. The maintenance folks deserve a medal for their efforts in keeping things going. For future leasing info visit with Mitch, a knowledgeable Leasing Rep who is helpful too. Overall a nice property with good people and many conveniences nearby. Great pool on the 36th floor and incredible view of Austin. So check it out… S2ART

This is not a luxury apartment. I just moved out and was going to let bygones be bygones and not leave a review until we received our itemized move out receipt from the exhaustingly fraudulent leasing office. They are attempting to double charge us for utilities fees back to June (it is now September), which we have already paid while being rent-paying tenants. Only posting because I wish there had been honest reviews about the living experience in this building before I moved in...Things that did not work while we lived at the Bowie: electricity (over a week), gas (2+ months), elevators (almost never all working), trash chutes (almost a year, forced residents to leave trash in the hallway), package pickup system (a few weeks), utilities payment system (a few weeks). After all of this, they had the nerve to increase rent by hundreds of dollars. I am now in a 2 BR house in an equally central location for significantly less than this garbage dump costs.UPDATE responding to the Bowie's response: Both my partner and I did try to call multiple times to "work together to resolve the issue" but your employees treated us like we were idiots and would not work with us to provide any further information. We will not be wasting any more of our time on this.

The units are really nice and the location is perfect, but property management is the worst and makes the living situation there not suitable.

My wife and I stayed for a year and we left about 4 months ago. These things were the issues we had, but things could have changed since then.Let me start with the positives:• Front desk people are awesome, and the maintenance people are responsive.• The building wide events they throw are great and free.• The location is awesome• The workout room as chilled essential oil towels. Pool is nice.Negatives• One or two elevators are constantly down. It’s unclear why it keeps happening.• We’ve had a truly INSANE amount of issues in the building in one year - Electricity down for a week or so. A gnat infestation. Trash chute broken for about 9 months. Leaks.• The party scene (at least for us) was a bit too…extreme at times. Up at the pool and from our neighbors.
