WOW! What an amazing experience. I did so much research when looking for a place to buy my now wife's engagement ring. I met one time with Daniel and it absolutely stood out from the other places. He made it feel intimate and personal. It wasn't about the sale but instead about answering my questions and educating me on diamonds along the way. If you are looking for someone to take care of you from day one and also after purchasing the ring then this is the place. My wife damaged her ring and needed help getting it fixed and Daniel and team didn't hesitate and took care of it! Buying an engagement ring can bring it's own pressures, but rest assured you're in good hands with this team. I recommended them to two friends on our wedding day because I knew they were shopping for an engagement ring. They met with Daniel and team and had an amazing experience. Oh and the rings look amazing!! They customize everything! Go try them out. You won't regret it.

The entire crew (Matt especially) at Diamond Room did an amazing job helping me find the perfect engagement ring, covering everything end to end from shape, size, cut, clarity of the diamond all the way to the final custom ring design. They really knocked it out of the park, and their expertise is invaluable (as somebody who knows nothing!). Would recommend anybody considering, to make an appointment and check it out!

My husband and I have had a great experience with Daniel and his team. We worked with them to design our wedding bands and have continued to come back for maintenance and other custom designs after our wedding. They are great communicators, professional, super patient if you’re indecisive like me, and go the extra mile for their customers. I’ve known Matt and Daniel for the better part of 15 years and was so excited when I had the opportunity to work with two special people on designing my engagement ring!

I literally cannot say enough good things about The Diamond Room. I got my wedding band from them 10 years ago. I love it and it's perfect. This year, my husband and I renewed our vows for our 10 year anniversary, and with it came this beautiful new ring. I knew I wanted a bezel set, and they found the perfect diamond that they knew would suit me and put it into the most perfect and beautiful setting. If you want generic, go to a regular store. If you want people who will pay attention to what you want, listen to you, and design something especially for you, including helping you pick out the perfect stone, The Diamond Room is your place.

Austin Diamond Room is a first class organization! It was a pleasure to work with Matt, Daniel, and the team as they were patience as they were knowledgeable. You would think the white glove service would mean paying more than the chain stores but it was the opposite. Highly recommend their service especially if you need guidance and just don’t want to be “another sale”.
