Austin Diagnostic Clinic North doesn’t have many intake employees who are happy to assist with patient needs—such as scheduling an appointment—and decreases my trust in ADC’s care for me as a person and patient. There is no place for ADC to gather patient feedback and it just feels incredibly obvious that as an organization, patient experience is not valued. The two providers I have had and handful of office folks working in the clinic are certainly kinder (to my surprise) but there should be consistency in placing the patient as a priority. Calls aren’t recorded for quality assurance, thus 2/3 of your calls here are poor quality and will leave you concerned and probably disgruntled at 6 am. I will be in search of a different health clinic. Disappointing.

Dr. Oberhoff is fantastic!!! And Nurse Kendra is also the best. I highly recommend ADC North for these two.

I have been very happy with ADC North Clinic. I love all of the doctors! They are caring, personable as well as professional. Greatest place to be. In fact I was a patient years ago and then there was an insurance problem so had to leave but I came back as soon as I could.

Dr. C. Parker is fantastic - highest respect and trust. Seemed that all of the entrances to St. David's were closed except the north emergency - big deal if you (like me) park in at the south entrance expecting to quickly get to an elevator for the 3rd floor. Staff other than Dr. Parker and his nurse seemed to care less if they were there or not. Used to be really good - maybe COVID has everyone in a different mind set now!

Dr. Eric Debolt is the BEST, I would defiantly highly recommend him. He is very professional, informative and makes you feel that you matter. He does not rush and takes his time to make sure you are fully informed and you understand.

I only saw Dr. Moore one time so far, but he really seems like a great endocrinologist. He took the time to explain to me everything and listened to everything I had to say. It seemed to me that he truly cares about the health and well-being of his patients. I would recommmend this place to others. Everyone was very nice and responsive.

I had battled several severe skin infections on my face. After three months of antibiotics and seeing several doctors, including my own extremely competent primary care doctor, I asked for a referral to a dermatologist. It took three months to get an appointment with the doctor I that was recommended.I finally saw her last week, and it took her 20 minutes from start to finish to diagnosis my condition and start a treatment plan. I am already seeing results. If you can wait, Dr. Elizabeth Miller is the dermatologist to see.Sometimes, you really do need a specialist. The best doctors you have don't know everything. And..... Her diagnosis was based on new medical science and information. I suspect not all dermatologist know what she does. A Plus in my book.

I arrived at ADC very early because I was not sure what to expect with the Covid arrangements. However, everything was so efficient and safe. While I was content to just sit and wait, the nurse was able to get me in ahead of my scheduled time so I could be on my way. The staff is amazing as well as the doctor I visited. Thank you for all you have done during this trying time.

Dr. Reading was a real pro. She listened to my concerns and shared her professional opinion on the next steps I should take to move forward with my health concerns. Anna, Dr. Reading's assistant, did a great job of following up and making sure I was taken care of. Kudos to the Neurology department at Austin Diagnostic Clinic North.

I just moved to Austin, and needed a new primary care doctor after 28 years with the same California doctor. I loved my previous doctor, so I was pretty nervous about this whole process. I'm on lifetime meds for blood clots (Xarelto) so I really need to make sure I don't run out.I picked Dr. William Lewis at Austin Diagnostic Clinic mainly because he is an Internal medicine which is the same as my former primary care doctor - and my old doctor saved my life at least twice. The first appointment has to be "in person" to sign some forms and get checked out, and so I went to the facility in person. After this, during the pandemic we can do video calls. Thank goodness, I don't really want to be hanging out around hospitals right now, it's where all the most seriously infected Covid patients are.First of all, the facility I went to (North Austin Medical Center) is really nice. It's a step up from the clinics I went to in California. It's just nicer, cleaner, big vaulting lobbies with glass railings. I'm attaching the one photo I snapped to this review. When I met with Dr Lewis he assured me I could continue on my previous meds and there would be no issues at all. I really felt Dr Lewis cared, and listened to me. Picking new doctors is hard, I really hope Dr Lewis ends up being as good as my old doctor, time will tell. I have a theory that about 50% of doctors are utterly useless, they don't ever diagnose ANYTHING, they just say "well, wait and see if the symptom goes away" and either it goes away, or the patient dies, or the patient eventually gets fed up and goes to a specialist. We'll see how Dr Lewis does when I have a new problem or issue, but it started out well because I felt he listened to me and cared and was thoughtful. One nit-pick UNRELATED to Dr Lewis (and this is common in medicine), but I'm always a bit irritated by the use of paper forms. I got access to an online portal before my visit, but I couldn't fill out my medical history through the portal. And sure enough, when I arrive at the appointment I get a paper questionnaire asking me to detail dates, times, previous doctors, contact info, etc none of which is easy to do sitting in a hospital lobby, but is TRIVIAL from a computer at home. I had to fill out my own name several times on several forms. And sign and initial the documents in 20 different places. With a pen. In 2021. Haven't the tech people in hospitals ever heard that every last human being now has a smart phone, and Docusign is a real thing, and web forms exist? I don't mind having paper as a fallback for 95 year old people, but to force me to do this on paper is bordering on insanity. They explained that they would then type this into the computer for me. Great. So it's an opportunity for them to transcribe my (unpracticed and sloppy) hand writing incorrectly. Plus the whole time is more time I have to spend inside a hospital filled with Covid patients exposing me, instead of safely at home. And then it's more people they have to employ to transcribe things. Is it really too much to ask that doctors use the same level of technology that say a bowling alley has? Or the person who cuts my hair? My final part of this rant is that every single solitary restaurant got rid of paper menus in Austin over the last 10 months, and expects customers to point their smartphone at a QR code on the table, which brings up the menu and allows customers to order, and pay, and they bring your order to the correct table because it went through a specific QR code on your exact table. Small restaurants pulled this off in 2 or 3 months, on small restaurant margins and budgets. But I pay THOUSANDS of dollars every month for health insurance and even more in co-pays, and yet here I am, using a pen on paper in 2021 sitting in a hospital lobby with sick people. (sigh)

An ADC, where are my mammograms? According to a call with a staff member yesterday, they had a "server problem" and were able to recover the reports, but NOT THE IMAGES. Yes, every mammogram, ultrasound, or other test you've had with ADC thinking they were secure and you could access anytime - Not anymore. this makes me incredulous as I know any large company keeps backups - if they're smart.

My doctor was very polite and very informative. She went over all my lab. work. She explained everything to me in great detail. This was easier than having to drive 45 miles in to Austin for an appointment.
