Tried to check the new location out but couldn’t stay long because I had to hold my 1-year-old the whole time. They don’t have normal shopping carts! Just tiny plastic rolling baskets. They also don’t allow strollers in. So, what am I supposed to do when I’ve got my kids with me? Won’t be back unless they bring the regular carts back. ☹️

The customer service sucks!! I have to take out the hangers, do the checkout, put my stuff in my bag so all those womans can stay there just in their phones! And of course i have to pay more for second hand stuff.. this was my last day in that store bye!

The new store is nice and clean but the prices have doubled and tripled, no fun! Not my favorite thrift store anymore way to expensive.

let’s talk about the fact that the merchandise is over priced, dirty, and severely disorganized. there are no dressing rooms yet there are no returns or exchanges (ZERO EXCEPTIONS, even if your item is broken). there isn’t a single rack to put a go back, so people are just placing stuff wherever. the prices are comparable to out of the closet, buffalo exchange, pavement, etc. except texas thrift gets their items THROUGH DONATIONS (free to them). go anywhere else but here! even goodwill is better than this trash establishment. i’m telling you right now, it’s not worth it.

I think this thrift store is pretty great. I shop on Wednesdays since I'm a veteran and receive a 30% discount. It's a huge store and they have a great range of items & clothing, most likely due to their central location. They do price "new" items with tags somewhat high, but still, quite reasonable considering they're second-hand. They don't have fitting rooms, but that doesn't bother me. I superficially try things on over what I'm wearing to get an idea. Also, I'm able to do whatever edits needed for the clothing I buy to fit well / better. Overall, I think this thrift store is well worth checking out.
Since moving to their new location, they've discontinued the veteran discount. And still no fitting rooms.

This place doesn't have dressing rooms, doesn't have mirrors and no one that works here speaks English.

Super expensive for used things. They also said they have a military discount but when you look at the receipt, the discount was 0%. Not worth the drive to get to the store.

Sad that the old location moved out of our neighborhood, but this new location is huge and spacious with a ton of parking and lots of self check out stations. I was able to get a cheap baseball glove that I’m pretty excited about because a new one is crazy expensive. I can play catch with my kid now that he’s developing a strong throwing arm.

Love the new location, large space, very organized and much better parking. I hate that along with no refunds or exchanges they no longer offer dressing rooms.

Great! A newer, bigger, better ac’d location! Except that so much of it seems grossly overpriced. Oh and you would like to try on an item? Sorry. No dressing rooms, returns or exchanges. Seriously?! Dead serious.
I was excited about them moving north, closer to my neighborhood, but it looks like I will continue shopping at Salvation Army when I’m wanting to actually thrift some affordably priced clothing.
You may find some hidden gems, but for the most part, I wouldn’t recommend it.
