Cecily was excellent in every aspect. She took the time to walk me through the process with the utmost detail and patience with my questions. She was helpful answering all of my questions and allowing me to try various masks, and in walking me through the ResMed Air 11. I highly recommend going through Cecily and THM, Inc.

If you enjoy paying for CPAP supplies that were NEVER SHIPPED TO YOU and were verified by their staff as never being sent, and then having your credit card payment applied to another clients account, then getting the runaround for weeks regarding your request for a refund for the supplies that were never sent, and being shuffled between Austin, San Antonio, and Conroe offices to talk with various billing, supply, and order fulfillment staff who are of little to no help, then this is the company for you. I would hope that any reputable company would cheerfully credit back our credit card for the wrongful charge and the failure to send the supplies we prepaid for, but no such luck. Just endless excuses and passing the buck to other departments. So, an error that Texas Home Medical made that could have been corrected easily has now created a mess for me as it appears my only recourse to be refunded the bogus charge is to contact my bank and dispute the false credit card charge and then file a formal complaint with Aetna insurance and Medicare. This is no way to treat a disabled senior, or any customer, and is a poor way to run a business.

My doc refused to help me choose a mask and adjust it, referring me to TX Home Medical. There, Ms. Martinez quickly identified that my headgear didn't match my mask. She answered all my questions, and helped me get fit for a different style of mask. She spent so much time with me I felt a little guilty. However, she also advised me to put the spherical bacterial filter between the heated tube and the machine. As I discovered later on my own, this is wrong for a couple of reasons, and resulted in poor airflow which is likely why I didn't see results. First, the connector for the heated tube has an electronics connector that's supposed to insert into the slot on the machine, so if you put the filter on that connector, the machine can't communicate with the tube. Second, bacteria filters are incompatible with humidifiers, because it's hard to push wet, humid air through the filter, which results in poor airflow. Had I trusted her advice and stopped looking, this could have negatively affected my health.

Cecily is one of the most incredible healthcare providers I know! the level of passion, knowledge, and experience continues to impress me.I never thought i would LOOK FORWARD to my appointments. The level of care she provides makes every appointment special! Although i was unsure how my body would react to the cpap, texas home medical has walked me through the process of each step of the way. i really appreciate cecily’s professionalism and responsiveness. She has made this a great experience for me, changed my sleep, and ultimately changed my day to day life! highly recommend this location

I have been using cpap for 6 years, and I have found the use of my Dream Machine to be life changing. I sleep so much better, I am mentally sharper, I am not up urinating 4-6 times per night. The useful life of my machine had expired, and my sleep doctor had recommended and ordered a new machine for me. We went through 2 local distributors who kept making excuses repeatedly on the long delays ( weeks) in getting a new machine. Finally, my doctor's office contacted Texas Home Medical last Friday. They reached out to me Friday afternoon, and they scheduled an appointment for Monday to get my new machine. No excuses, no delays!I met with Cecily Monday. She patiently went through the operation of the new Resmed cpap, addressing all of my questions, and generally, she made sure that I was comfortable with this new machine. Cecily, with her background in respiratory therapy, was obviously very knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and I left feeling secure that if I had a question or problem, I could reach out to Cecily.After one night of using the Resmed cpap, I am extremely pleased! I did have to check to be sure it was functioning as the machine is so quiet that we could not hear it.I am a strong advocate of cpap therapy for sleep apnea. It has made such a positive change in my life. I am anticipating a long and pleasant relationship with Texas Home Medical and Cecily.

After learning that I needed to wear a CPAP machine for my sleep apnea, I was less than thrilled and confused about my options. The sleep center and doctors I worked with barely spent any time with me and I was expecting the same of the place where I was to pick up my CPAP. I was thrilled to find out that as not the case. Of all the people I interacted with to address my sleep apnea (doctors, nurses, etc), Cecily Martinez spent the most time with me. She carefully explained the CPAP machine, my mask options, as well as my benefits. Her demeanor turned a rather stressful situation into something pleasant. She told me that my concerns were common and made me feel supported in a way that the other medical professionals never had. Not only does she have an incredible knowledge of the CPAP products, she empathized with me and made herself available for questions even after the initial appointment. Bravo!
