We went in this morning ready to purchase but experienced the worst customer service. I've never met a sales person this bad honestly. We wanted to compare and get more information about the type of bed that fit our needs. She knew nothing about the products and was very unprepared to even try to help us. When you are about to spend that kind of money on a bed, you would think the store reps would be better at their jobs.

I need to update my review…The 2 stars are for their wonderful service….minus 3 stars for the products…mattress and 2 pillows.This is my review for my experience at the Tempur-Pedicure Store. The service and the mattresses and pillows I tested while at the store and of my previous bed. ????Excellent service! I wouldn’t buy anything other than a tempur-pedic! I’m on my second! Mattresses and pillows!!? ?????Now for my review after leaving the store and having the mattress delivered and taking my pillows home.First, I went home with 2 pillows that I tried out at the store and loved. I get home, give one to my husband and take the other and they don’t seem to have enough “filling” in them. Your head falls straight down to the mattress below. As if you’re not using a pillow at all. I used it for about 2 minutes and went back to my old pillow and so did my husband.My ($$$) mattress was delivered today and it is ROCK hard! The delivery guy assured me that it was because it was cold. But it has now been in my home for about 6 hours and still rock hard. I understand that there is usually a “break in” period for these beds but this bed doesn’t feel even close to the same bed I tried at the store….not even close!! I am not looking forward to bed tonight, I’m worried I’m not going to get any sleep. Ugh!!Sorry guys I’ve got to take away a couple stars. This is not good!

Bought some great pillows here. Brandon and Reggie are helpful salesmen and do a good job letting you feel comfortable testing stuff out.

I had a great experience with Reggie and Anthony! Reggie helped me pick the right cooling mattress to replace my current Tempur-Pedic. Also got a new pillow and back pillow! Definitely will be back for more Tempur needs! ?
