I would give 100 stars for this review of Telco Data if I could.I am the Director of IT for a company building a large manufacturing facility in the Austin area. Telco Data was recommended to me by another one of our partners. I "interviewed" Telco Data along with several other low voltage cabling companies in the area, and ultimately decided to proceed with them, based on reputation and value.From the first moment I interacted with the Telco team, and their lead installer Orlando, I have been completely impressed. His attention to detail, attentiveness to customer needs, flexibility to change things mid-flight, and always putting the customer first are exemplary. The level of support and service I've received from Orlando and his team has been the best of any partner I've ever worked with, and I've been in the IT space for many, many years.It is rare to find a company that is so customer-focused. Other companies could learn a lot from Telco Data, Orlando, and everyone on their team.Here are a few photos of the work they completed in our factory. People are literally in awe when they see how clean the cabling is and the quality of workmanship provided by Telco. If you are considering using Telco Data for your project, just do it. I am not a resident of the Austin area, but I had to coordinate data cabling and setup at a new location in Austin without being able to see the site in person. Telco made it very easy for me from start to finish to get a competitive bid, professional installation, and even brokered internet setup with Spectrum for me. I was very impressed with the whole operation and loved all the team members I got to interact with. Everyone was so professional and patient, especially with all rewrites I had to do as our plans kept changing. I couldn't be happier with the installation of the cabling and the equipment they installed. All points of their work displayed excellence in every way and I will definitely being using them again should the need arise.

We have worked with Telco for our phone systems for years. We recently moved offices and made the leap to a cloud phone and fax system. Kaela was amazing from the beginning working with us to through the entire transition, training, and set-up of the new system. I love having a "go to" person to address any issues/concerns and Kaela is so speedy with responses and very patient. Telco always meets our expectations and business needs as we grow and change.

I've worked with the Telco Data team to build out our new office. Throughout the engagement process, Telco Data team did a very good job. However, a special shout out to a technician I've worked with named Edgar, who assisted me on-site while I was remote. Edgar was nothing but courteous, professional, and patient. I've had to work through some difficult technical situation, and having Edgar as my remote eyes, ears, and hands made all the difference in the world.

I can’t tell you how impressed we are with Drew Maxwell. Not only is he prompt, thorough and just plain pleasant to work with – he is also patient – ridiculously patient. In this most recent assignment, we were ambiguous in our direction and incomplete in our guidance. As a result, we called him back 2x and he patiently and professionally listened to our confusion and sorted it all out. We recently changed our old phones to VoIP phones. Kaela was our project manager, I cannot say enough good things about her. Kaela is absolutely wonderful, very knowledgable, and made the entire process seamless. Kaela got us up and running with our new phones very fast, we are very happy. Whenever I had questions Kaela was there to answer those questions, and was prompt in returning all my emails and calls. I am very happy with the customer service we received, and we are thankful Kaela was assigned to our account. Thank you guys, you are absolutely the best!!
