Sold me my first pair of cowboy boots full retail in April 2023. I didn’t realize they were used until afterward and the bottom was all scuffed up and the shoe polish was coming off. I live in another state so I didn't bother with a return They were nice but minus two stars for integrity of staff.

I had a great experience there, I didn’t feel isolated nor out of place. I believe a lady named Ryan helped me, she was super cool. I recommend going there and getting yourself some western boots.
