Great pickup experience. The whole area is sheltered which is great in inclement weather. Was in and out with my order in about five minutes. Can switch your order to "drive up," from the app.Winner winner chicken dinner.I'd plan on doing this again. Easy peasy, great experience.I mean who doesn't love Target? Nobody that's who!

I was shopping for a printer. The young man in the printer area totally ignored me. He waited on 4 people that came in after me, even though it was obvious I was looking for a printer. Gave up on Best Buy and went to Office Depot and had a totally different experience. Was greeted immediately. Won't be going back to Best Buy

Seth was extremely kind and patient with me. I'm relocating to Mexico and he checked if target was in the vicinity, he later checked if it was in Mexico. Seth is a great representation of Target.

Reviewing a store like Target is kind of odd imo since it's the kind of place you go to for basics & necessities regardless of reviews. That said -- Avoid this Target if you can. They very clearly have poor management and a dearth of people wanting to work there (probably because of the bad management). So it's difficult to get help and what you do get is reluctant & resentful at best, non-existent at worst. The last few times I've shopped at this location (183 & Ohlen) it's been to get something quick in the last half hour before they close, which is when I was able to get there.If you have the temerity to still be shopping less than twenty minutes before close be aware that you will be approached multiple times in every department you step into and told to hurry because they're closing. Having worked retail for a long time frankly I find this to be laughably bad management bs... help customers find what they need quickly if you want them to finish up before the store closes. Don't stop them every two minutes and delay them from what they're doing to rush them out. Customer service 101 (& just common sense).The time before last that I was there this happened ten minutes before the store closed while I was trying to find the right case for my phone while the employee in electronics ignored me. The manager came over, looked at me but didn't acknowledge me directly, loudly sighed, then asked the employee in an irritated voice if he had told me they were about to close. Yes, he had. But he obviously felt he had to do it again while she watched. Super uncomfortable. I said "I know, you already told me." Manager still chose not to speak directly to me like a normal person, just rolled her eyes and walked away. The official last straw for me and this location though is that the last time I was there and did a fairly big shop they had zero checkout lanes open other than the self check. When I'm buying $250 worth of stuff I really don't want to have to scan & bag it all myself with the employee at the front watching to make sure you're not stealing but not offering assistance. It seriously took so long. But the worst part is that they will watch you but not come over and remove the anti-theft tags on clothing before you walk out and set off the alarms. This happened to multiple people as I was checking out and I didn't realize what the problem was until we were (finally) leaving. Yeah, they'll just casually walk over and be like do you have any clothes, kinda half-heartedly rifle thorough your bags to remove the tags then let you go. When I got home I saw they missed one and the thought of having to go back to that location to have them remove it was so damn bleak I realized how much I hate it lol. Once I do that I'm done, the arboretum one is not much farther and is way better run.

This is one of the nicer Targets in the city. It has always been clean when I've shopped (although I've avoided at crushed holiday times!), with the typical departments we expect from a Target store. That said, the women's clothing section always seems to be a major fail (as another poster indicated, nothing fits the professional wear). I've had good interactions with Customer Service when picking up an online order, which was appreciated; however, this was in the summer, not a day after Christmas interaction.This location has a very large parking lot. I have found that it is frequently treacherous to walk thru it. I'm not sure what it is about this parking lot that makes drivers careless about people/other cars, or people stupid about cars, but it's ugly.

I went into the Ulta beauty area of this location and was looking at the products and minding my own when I tried this dry shampoo product. I didn't notice it didn't have a tester sticker but the product had dents, no cap, and obviously used. When I tested the product the lady came up to me pretty aggressively to tell me it wasn't a tester and she now had to damage it. She was rude about it though, so I told her "sorry I was just trying to test it" And she replies with "excuse me? Would you like to take it home with you?" And I was like "why are you so upset?" And she say something along the lines of "well you're the one talking back."Disgusting behavior from whoever worked during the 5:50pm shift

The staff was friendly, but the stock was ridiculous.I have always found Target expensive, but well stocked with basics that I need. It seems to have gone downhill. This large store, not the small store around the corner, had NO office grade business casual tops of any sort. No turtlenecks or pull over sweaters. I was told that they are switching brands from a single upscale brand to another single upscale brand, and that is why the person in women's wear who has been there for 30 years since the store opened has no idea when standard fall clothing that should have been there already in July, and it is mid September, is coming in, but it is likely to be November. ???? What Target DID have is a lot of quixotic sporty clothing that noone would likely want to wear; certainly not where people actually want to go like to work. The news has been full of reports that Target has all sorts of clothing it can't sell. Maybe it might try a return to basics? I called another women's clothing store and got nowhere, literally, so I ordered a nice turtleneck on Amazon. I hope it fits. If these chain stores don't want Amazon taking over they might want to get on the stick.The staff at the in store Starbucks was friendly too, if a bit peculiar. "I want a regular small coffee". "Do you want that hot?" It seems that Target has attracted itself a clientele that thinks a regular small coffee comes iced. Well, it isn't like Target is trying for for shoppers who work for a living. My actual gripe is you can no longer get a 99 cent cup of coffee and a cheap snack while shopping at Target.

It's your typical Target. It was literally down the block from the Sonesta ES Suites that we were working remotely from for the week. We would purchase our waters and snacks from this Target. Can't complain!

This target location is very nice. Always a great place to go to get shopping done. Very clean location. The staff was friendly. I really liked that this location had a good amount of check out stations. Did not have to wait long.

CAREFUL LADIES! Was just there and an older tan lady with light brown hair tried to make small talk with me, started asking me personal questions and I cut her off said have a good day and started walking away, I went to a few other sections of the store to see if she was following me and she followed me around the whole store so I left right away, I let the store know as well but just be careful out there ladies! Report it to a store employee if this happens again.

I actually went to Target Optical. KC helped me... and was knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful. I had pulled three frames off the wall and she gave both her personal and professional opinion. I went with her suggestion. She was able to locate my insurance easily and apply any and all discounts. I am super excited about getting these glasses and feel equally confident about their quality.
