Everything is good, organized, employees that help even though they are busy doing other stuff. BUT my main experience is the cashier…. If you are not smiling , interacting or at least giving some type of BEING FAKE HAPPY don’t work at cashier. Ignoring a 5 yr old asking for a sticker and you just don’t care. Yes, that was my experience this past Sunday around 12 pm.
With a straight annoyed face just being there to be there. EVERYONE in the line knew you was not happy or is not satisfied to do your job.

I have a Target merchandise return card that is supposed to have something like $11-$13 on it. I have the receipt, but it has faded to virtually blank. Granted, the card is old. It’s almost pre-COVID. But the cashier said they never expire. They found zero value on it at the register. Going to customer service, they could tell me nothing either. No history, nothing. Zilch. Pretty worthless! I personally HAVE NEVER gotten satisfaction from the customer service desk. I bought a laptop from Target, and it completely died by the 3rd day! I could get zero help or cooperation from customer service. So I traded it in on a more expensive model. That laptop had a screen (video) problem. again I received zero help from customer service. I have no idea why they even HAVE a customer service desk! They have NEVER been able to find anything, fix anything, or tell me anything. Having a problem AFTER A PURCHASE in a Target is a nightmare. A death sentence. A complete loss. You will never get satisfaction. Maybe their stores in Minnesota have more authority, better training, or have different policies. My family in Minneapolis loves Target. But here in Texas, I avoid Target stores because of their “gotcha” style of business practices. They don’t operate in a responsible, accountable, customer friendly manner.

I went in to get 1 thing and as usual I strayed far from the beaten path. I started smelling the perfumes, and an employee came by rude as hell to let me know that the ones I was smelling weren’t the testers. I wasn’t spraying them. I was just smelling them from the bottle. I told her immediately that all of the scents don’t have a tester, and she popped back up super fast like as if I said something about her mom and in real ugly tone says “excuse me?!” So I said never mind and set all of my things that I was going to buy down. Not giving a company my money with rude employees that act like they want to fight me just because I was trying to smell a bottle of perfume (I wasn’t evening opening the boxes they were just up on the shelf.)

Dropped in to pick up a few things and a couple AT&T salespeople standing at the edge of the electronics department started aggressively pitching to me. Made me feel uncomfortable.

The clothing section is EXTREMELY trashed clothes on the floor clothes of top of the racks blocking access to clothes on the rack. Clothing that is in shelves folded is everywhere makes for a really uncomfortable experience and impossible to look for sizes not to mention that normal sizes are completely unavailable only small sizes

Ulta inside Target, you pays immediately then has a difficult time printing recipes for proof of purchase ? I’ve paid but waiting for my recipe to print - It’a been a good 10 minute. Then once it printed they charged me twice the price.

My wife purchased a phone from the consumer cellular rep at this target today. Later, she realized that she did not know how to activate the Sim card needed for the phone. By the time she returned to the same Target store, the Consumer Cellular representative had left for the day from the consumer electronics area. My wife really needed this phone to be activated today. She found Chris, a nice Target employee from the electronics department. Even though he was not the Consumer Cellular representative he took a lot of time to help my wife figure out what needed to be done to activate this new phone. She said that Chris is a super nice young man with a beard and she is really grateful that he patiently took time to listen to the problem and help her resolve it. My spouse thinks Chris should be promoted into management.

Almost has everything you need, but something is cheaper if you order online. BTW free shipping needs annual subscription.

Ingrid and Clever were awesome. I went back home to pick up my wallet. Both were very kind to hold onto my cart and make sure that the frozen foods were kept frozen. I highly recommend this target location for service, cleanliness, and organization.

Susan, from the pharmacy here at the CVS in target on 10107 research blvd LITERALLY saved me $200/month with my monthly prescriptions. I cannot say thank you enough. Susan is incredibly generous, thoughtful and informative!
