Won’t be shopping here again unless they re-commit to DEI. Used to be a frequent customer. Shameful.

Extremely disappointed in Target abandoning its DEI commitments. Not giving you any more of my money.

Lazy employees and the store is a mess

No answer after several phone calls to check stock of an item when the app and website don’t match up.
This store is also incredibly messy. The women’s section was disgusting. There were items on the floor, with makeup and deodorant marks all over them, things piled everywhere.
Update 1 week later: I came back to look for some bodysuits and it is even worse in that whole section now. Terrible.

You’d think a multibillion dollar corporation would offer high enough compensation to properly staff their stuff. I’m not kidding EVERY single time I come to this store there are numerous employee roaming around aimlessly while 1-2 people manage the checkout line forcing customers to do self check out which is also backed up. No wonder people steal from target, takes 20 minutes to check out!?

This Target is decent, but the baby clothes section was completely disorganized. Nothing was in the right place-sizes and genders were all mixed up, making it frustrating to find what I needed. I ended up spending way more time than necessary just trying to sort through the mess. If they improved organization in this area, shopping here would be much easier.
Electronics section has the bare minimum items too.

Never answers phones. Has me going to every store as they say something is in stock somewhere else but it’s not. Their inventory tracking is awful.

I thought the point of “order online and pickup in store” then getting the notification that your order is ready for pick up is to quickly get your items. I just had to wait 20 minutes for an order because although I got the notification a day ago that it was ready for pick up — it was in fact not ready, and they had to go get it together. This has happened more than once already. Super frustrating to deal with.

Forgot parts of my order. Tried calling several times and could NOT get through to anyone. At the moment i was unable to go into the store and opted for pick up because i had my pet in the car with me. Unable to get any help from the staff or management.

I’ve been shopping at this target for 8 years now and I think I am done. They never seem to have the selection of other stores, including other Target stores in Austin. Lately it seems everything is out of stock (food items, toiletries, cleaning products, even soap). On top of being inconvenient it makes it hard to take advantage of many of their sales and promos that require a certain spend in a category, making it more expensive to boot.
Also, their curbside pickup option used to be clutch, but now they take 10-15 minutes to bring out orders sometimes even when it’s slow. Overall disappointing, but there are tons of other places to shop with competitive prices so not the end of the world.

An absolute mess of a target! I kid you not this was around 8pm! an opened bag of chips and several more open containers such an unsanitary environment.
