Unfortunately, I had an incident with a rude employee while checking out at the cashier station. It's not professional to insinuate to your customer that they are stupid. The manager was apologetic but unhelpful. I won't be returning to this Target.

5 stars for the manager, J. 4 stars for the stores inventory as most selections I would have normally chosen were not available. All good though. It was a Saturday evening after all.I had been browsing the aisles for far too long when I realized it had gotten dark outside and the store was getting busier and busier. I made a dash for the self check out so I could avoid the droves of shoppers also heading to the checkout.This is where things got a bit dicey but only for a moment.I made it all the way through scanning and bagging my items but there had been some issue with my debit card only charging for half of the order. I've never had that happen before so I was a bit confused and tried another card which also didn't mark. The girl (I didn't catch her name) at the self checkout tried to help but inevitably, the order had to be reversed. Admittedly, I was a little irritated by this point but not with them. I was just honestly very tired, hungry and really wanted to get home lol had I not spent so long shopping, I would have just said never mind and left. I checked my bank per the girl cashier's suggestion and I saw the charge was still pending on my account so she went to get the manager, J. A few moments after I spoke with him and he went to the back to see if he could locate the charge, I got a fraud alert from my bank asking if I had attempted a charge at Target so presumably this was the issue all along.He was very kind, helpful and I could tell he was sincere in his attempt to make it right. Despite me telling him that I wasn't upset and it was all good, I was just a bit cranky lol. So that extra bit of kindness from him was much appreciated. Especially considering the store had gotten rather busy and there were quite a few ppl looking for him so kudos to him for staying so calm, cool, and collected.

I haven't been to Target in quite some time but decided to go in to look around. I was surprised to see throughout the store that shelves were set up haphazardly and not well stocked. There were associates with carts blocking walkways trying to stock shelves on a Saturday morning. The store used to wow you when you first came in. It's still bright and trendy, but the feel was off. The store used to be filled with people, but there were not that many people there and it was close to noon. Where there used to be a lot of brands to choose from, there were only a few. I guess we can thank online shopping for that. So before I left, I went to the restroom and that was where I knew something had changed. This was a store that in the past sparkled clean. The restroom had been mopped with dirty water and you could see dirty mop marks dried. Then to top it off, a roach crawled across the floor. It doesn't appear that they take pride as much in keeping the place feeling fresh and looking sparkling clean. I was sad to see it. Maybe it was just an off day, but the way the bathroom looked, it was not just the floor that was dirty. It didn't look as if the restroom had been properly cleaned in a while.

This is my target and I love it very much. Now I took off a star because when I have gone in to look for certain things I'm always left underwhelmed or disappointed. The clothes section is a no. The nail and make up section could use restocking and more options. But the reason I say 4 stars is because I use this store as my back up for the oh crap I forgot something or H‑E‑B was out of what I needed situation. I can order a drive up order and it's usually ready pretty fast and then when I get the chance I can swing by and get what I needed without being without or having to walk in a store. It's great for when you need a few items but don't want to go in somewhere. The employees have always been really friendly and I've never had an issue with drive up.

Had a fabulous experience at Target NW Austin - Lakeline Mall yesterday. The entire team was so helpful in tracking down exactly what we were looking for and then, took the time to help us load our purchases. Friendly people and great service. My daughter who has CP went to Target lakeline mall and forgot to bring extra money with her.The cashier name Christopher paid for her book and markers instead.Thank you so much!

Pretty good overall. One of the self checkout machines had a bug in registering the weight correctly and had to rescan several times.

Target. Typical experience but smaller. Exactly what you would expect: clean, nice staff, not a fan of self checkout as I like to see people but everyone has their own opinion.

I used to like Target but the last few trips there have been less then ideal. This time there was no jeans or belts my size and they had a whole area of fitting rooms closed watched by an employee to send you to the other fitting rooms. This meant no shortage of an employee to watch the room but a Long line at the only other dressing room. It caused a ton of issues. I did see someone ask for a manager who never showed. A huge mess

I love shopping at target but I have to go back again because of these alarms. This will be my second trip. Basically, if you buy anything that is close related please check for alarms and get them removed before you depart the store.

Has target turned into a pottery barn? The new layout looks very welcoming and very warm but where are the deals? Target has always been a little more expensive than some of the other stores especially when it comes to groceries. I really would like to shop here more, but need more bang for my buck. This particular location is usually pretty easy to get in and out of. There's a lot of nice little shops adjacent to it. The store feels a lot bigger than some of the others. I can't help but stop in every time I drive by just in case there's something I missed at the grocery store or Costco

We have great experiences with Target in general. However, not this location. Although we live closer to this store, I will happily make the drive to Cedar Park for my Target needs. As a parent of young children, time is a precious commodity and this store continually lacks respect for my time. They would not let me return a product I purchased earlier in the day and made me come back 24 hours later. Really!?? We were told this by a male associate "WB" Not happy at all about this associate. Another associate helped us the next day and told us that returning the same day shouldn't be a problem.

Not a fan of this location. Ive had much better experiences at other Targets. This store is poorly managed in my opinion. They are constantly out of the most basic things and some of their staff need a refresher course in customer service as well as racial awareness training. I have no other explanation to explain why I was given an FBI interrogation when trying to return/exchange an unused item with the tags still attached.
