Best possible representation of Target that I've seen in Austin. The employees are lacking in customer service skills (like speaking), tend to scatter when approached, and are hawkish but unhelpful at checkout.

I don't give bad reviews unless it's warranted. I'm not a squeamish person, but I have never seen bathrooms as bad as this Target. I don't want to be graphic, but the place looked vandalized. Only one toilet flushed and that stall was filled with... I don't want to go there. It's Friday today, and I guarantee you no one has cleaned that bathroom all week. There was an entire roll of toilet paper (roll and all) jammed inside one toilet. There were only half of the items that we were looking for in stock, and some of the grocery items were expired. Management, if you read these reviews, please take care of the ladies bathroom. It's gross and unsafe.

I mean it's target but the quality of employees IHas gone downhill. The cashier checking us out had her headphones in and talking on the phone and definitely didn't acknowledge us. I usually don't care about people using their phones during work because it doesn't affect me literally at all. But it's annoying when you're not even acknowledged because they're too busy having a private conversation literally right in front of you. Kind of rude tbh.

Absolutely screw this store - Shut off your Drive Up order if you cannot satisfy orders this way. Some of us selected this option for a reason of mobility issues.

I love coming here late on a Monday morning when it's not crowded. This one is laid out a bit different than the store in my hometown, but got what I needed, did the self-checkout and stopped for a Starbucks. The store was decently clean and I was greeted upon arrival. As usual, the sizes are all mixed up ( with the color-coded hangers, it drives my OCD brain a bit nuts!). But good enough for today.

Compared to other Targets in the area, this is the best one in South Austin. The store is spacious and it's always clean. The lines are never too long and the employees have been friendly every trip I've made. It's been renovated to have a modern display design throughout the store. It's a typical Target that has everything you need from clothes to household items to groceries. There's also a Starbucks inside.

I've recently started to take advantage of the curbside pick up option at this target location and it's been great! The target is usually convenient for me and if I plan a few hours ahead of time I can order whatever I need and it's ready within 2 hours for me to pick up. On the app I can tell them when I'm headed that way and when I pull into a spot I let them know what spot I'm in via the app - it's super easy and convenient. I'm a fan!

This is my favorite location for many reasons. Generous layout, decent inventory across all categories, nicely lit and clean but mostly I appreciate the instore pharmacy/clinic. I've been coming to this location for all my vaccines - easy to schedule appointments online and they accept walk-ins.

Great blend of all the items that I need whether it's cooking, cleaning, fashion, or groceries. The kids always have something they can find to distract them inside Target as well. Convenient location and parking make it a no-brainer. The staff is also very helpful and hard-working. I especially like the HomeGoods section and the women's clothing section. One stop shop for all the household items I need.

This location is massive!! I can actually grocery shop here! Lots of great seasonal stuff and a beauty section. I have never had to wait more than a person or two in front of me for check out. Their drive up orders look super organized and efficient too! Love that they still have a food cafe here, in addition to the Starbucks!

Came in for some face cream. Their beauty section is pretty big and has a lot of options. They do not have the ultra section yet though. I will say I like the displays and items here at this location better than the super target close off the 35

I tried calling SEVEN times, 4 different departments and not a single person answered! Great customer service :)))

I had to call 5 different times to finally get someone to answer the phone to see if they had a liquid similac product that says it's available at this store on the target app. Someone finally answered on the 5th time calling after the line rang for 5 minutes. I told the employer what I was looking for and she told me to hold on for a minute (I'm aware that it may take a few minutes to look fo the item). I proceeded to wait on hold for over 25 minutes just to get hung up on. Talked to someone in HR after calling again, and she said some of the "phone systems were down". Put me on hold again to tell me that the liquid formula had been discontinued. lol lovely experience.

I spent over 30 mins trying to ask a question of a worker - any worker- Only explanation as to what is going on is it the people at the store must actively train their workers to ignore all customer needs stand up there by the to go order for no reason whatsoever and literally lead people looking to outfit in entire apartment with furniture Out the door empty-handed I will never step foot in target again I may never step foot in any target again because of how bad this was there is absolutely no excuse for the apathy experiences here
