Although I do wish the rent was $200 cheaper, I got to give to the maintenance team. They come within 24 hours and fix whatever problem you have. Area is great, I love how you can walk to a lot of places. Neighbors are nice and not nosey. Hah.

property manager Devante did me a real solid when my rent was too high and swiftly moved me into a new apartment with a lot of leniency. Maintenance is good and its a good location in to get to Austin hot spots

Very well kept apartmets for how old they are. The property is extremely close to Downtown austin and zilker park which is amazing! Office staff is extremely friendly and never had any problems with the maintenance staff. 10/10 would recommend
