Everyone was very courteous and informative as soon as we got there. They welcomed us with bottled water which is greatly appreciated . Service performed was explained in detail and the best part, it actually takes just 5 minutes for the whole process. I will definitely be returning.

Extremely unprofessional. I was waiting in the bay for 1 hour 20 mins just for a simple oil change.
Only 2 of the employees were in uniform.
The head guy was having out of work conversations across the garage with other employees.
One of the employees showed up over an hour late to his shift, and made it seem like a joke when he arrived.
Throughout this whole waiting process there was zero communication to us customers why there was such a wait.
Terrible communication once the head guy finally started doing my oil change.
Opened my door to scan my bar code while my arm was resting on the window without any warning.
Terrible experience. Never going back to this location.
It was my first time ever going to a take 5 and It will never be my first choice again.

This is my first time coming here and will be my last. When I first got here I was greeted with a water bottle out of courtesy I thought that was nice . I then waited for about 15 mins and the driver in front me (already in the garage) asked if I could back up to let him out because had been waiting a long time. After he left I took his place and waited another 30 minutes. It was clear that there was an upset customer in front of me that had been holding up the line. After she left… I waited another 20 minutes as I watched them then service another car to the right of me ( who arrived AFTER ME), by the only three people that seem to be there. I told myself they had 10 more minutes, and when no one came. I left. Never again. How lazy. A complete waste of time.

Booked Sunday appointment for when they opened, to get a State Inspection. The “inspection guy” was late, non-communicative and dismissive.
I was told by a different worker I could leave, after this man gave me my receipt, and I fo7nd out the next day, my Inspection wasn’t complete.
I emailed asking for clarification and was ignored.
Went to Sticker Express and I renewed my registration 1 hour later.
$18.50 and 30 mins on a Sunday morning wasted

Anytime I’ve been here no matter the day of the week or time , it’s always at least an hour to get in and out.

Charges double what my other shop charges and takes twice as long. Brought my own oil and filter and it was still $50, last oil change I paid $25 at a different shop
