Take 5 was awesome. They got us in and out quick. We had just went to Walmart and they said they didn’t have enough people to do it. Went to take 5 they immediately assisted us and it was quick!

I pulled up to this shop not only did they not acknowledge me they serviced the car that pulled after me first. This whole shop is just very slow! This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had! I cannot express this enough. I came here for the convenience of being in and out and this definitely took wayyyy too long! I stopped here because my previous experiences have always been amazing but stopping at this location is making me not to ever want to bring my business to this company. This took way too long. The most I’ve ever waited was 10 minute max. The guy working was super slow and just seemed like he hated his job. Took them 35 minutes to get to me before he actually started doing anything to my car. I’m not the type of person to complain unless is necessary but this is THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT COME HERE!

Amazing service by Robert and Noel. I came at 7:30pm hoping they would get me in. I got off work late and had a long trip to make in the morning, so it was very much needed. They were very kind and didn’t complain at all like some would when close to closing. The topped off fluids, changed my filter and aired up my tires. I’ll come back to this location and highly recommend them!

Terrible service and customer service! If you have any issues with your car or with your service, you will not be able to speak to anyone to remedy the issue. Their automated call system has call options for damaged vehicles on the welcome message. One option for damage over under $1000 and the other option for damage over $1000, which makes me think that these problems occur often.
Don't expect to expect to be able to speak to anyone or have a call back when you call these numbers. I have left multiple messages for the Balcones Manager, Noel Hinojos and I have stopped in twice since my car was damaged and I have not received a call back.
I took my car in to get an oil change and is now leaking 2 quarts of oil every week. I have never had an issue with my car leaking oil before. I immediately took the car back in to the same location that changed my oil. They would NOT do a visual inspection and just kept repeating that I need to take it to a automotive repair center. They couldn't confirm that they put the correct oil in my vehicle. They would not refund my money for the issue. They took no responsibility for causing this problem.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Took 50 minutes for them to finish the one car in front of me, then they left my engine splash shield dragging on the ground. To get this repaired cost me $110 and was a huge headache. It has so far been impossible to get in contact with anyone in management who could make things right. DO NOT GO HERE.
Edit: I got in contact with someone. They are refusing to reimburse me.

Full synthetic oil change here used to cost $80 and take 5 minutes. Now it costs $110 and takes an hour. Staff is still friendly.
