this business is run by a THIEF. i parked in their parking lot on a sunday evening, which was my bday, to pick up food for my bday party. i was literally in a different business next to the parking lot (which seemed to be the logical parking lot for that business too) for 3 WHOLE MINUTES and my car was booted when i came back to my car. my brother had to pay the guy $100 bucks to unboot it. the sticker for the ticket was on my window and wouldn't come off. the guy who gave me the ticket and booted my car said he didn't have anything to get the sticker off of my window. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS T-MOBILE!!!!

Great and fast customer service, had to switch numbers to a new phone after trying over the phone. Good thing Rodrigo was there to help us cause we were in and out with super fast and friendly service. S/o to you man

This location was very unhelpful. The salesperson Julia tried to sell us to upgrade our plan. Which is fine, it’s their job. However the problem came at the end when we declined to upgrade and Julia told us they don’t have the phone available.. ironically. Left empty handed and wasted our time.

Terrible representation of the brand. 3 staff were engaged with only 2 other customers. I waited patiently and 15 mins pass. Still jot even an acknowledgement that I was waiting. Being a small store, I had the great privilege of hearing the highly inefficient and uninformed "customer service" so I simply waited for a moment to ask and requested they advise how much longer I would need to wait. Then the rudeness started. They jot only refused to resolve but managed to offend me. I'll never go back to this store, nor should anyone else until they get the message.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and there was a customer in front of me. The rep told me to give them a second and someone will be with me. I acknowledged with no problem and proceeded to wait. Another customer came in to the store and I was bypassed by the female rep that came from the back to proceed to assist another customer.

The year is 2023... its never been harder to get a straight answer from your mobile provider. It is a company whose sole business is communications, yet they literally never pick up the phone during regular business hours, no matter how many times you call. The customer service is appalling. And the company knows one thing very clearly, there is nothing you can do about it. Peasant.

Do not use this store it's a third party dealer. I went to the store and purchased a brand new iPhone 14 and as soon as I got it home, it did not work. It wouldn't connect to the network. There was many problems. I couldn't make phone calls I couldn't get texts. After calling T-Mobile for multiple hours and trying to problem solve with four technicians they told me to go into the store and just return it and I had a 14 day return policy. I went into the store they saw with the complications , spent 30 minutes giving me a run around and then telling me that they weren't able to return my phone. They told me I had to go to the Apple Store to get it fixed which I have only had a phone for three days. They didn't tell me to go to another T-Mobile store. They didn't offer to look up if another T-Mobile store had the phone that I had. They just said that it wasn't their problem, I went to the T-Mobile store off ben white. The customer service was amazing. They helped me right away. They got me a brand new phone and replaced it for me and were so kind and basically explained not to go to that store because they have a lot of customers coming in and complaining about this specific store. Came in to upgrade my device, went through the process and 4 months later realized I was still being charged for the device that I upgraded. Called support and they said that the store had not returned the device and wouldn’t answer any of “corporates” calls about the situation. 6 months later and t-mobile corporate is still investigating.

This store added 2 more lines to my account without my knowledge and authorization. They sold me a promotion that has expired already. They lied to me to make sales and money. They told me to go to a corporate store to fix my account. Isn't T-Mobile all the same and should operate the same. I will take my business somewhere else.
