This review has to do with the tech I just got off the phone with... 1. I am an existing customer and I like my system 2. I like my system so much I wanted to get an additional system for a townhome we rent out 3. I was in Home Depot yesterday afternoon and the absolute friendliest representative helped my wife and I out (he was also a rep for Sweetwater) with something absolutely NOT related to a Sweet water system!!!!! I filled out a form so that Sweet water could contact me...put both the address where I'd like the system and my current address (where I wrote in that I was an existing customer) However when the tech called me just now - I went ahead and informed him that (a) I was an existing customer and (b) Sweetwater had already gone out to test the water, talked to me about the different systems however at the time we were upgrading a lot of things to our new home... Here we are a couple of years later and I filled out the sheet in Home Depot so a tech could contact me and just a moment ago a tech called to inform me: "we're at the property (my town home rental) but no one is answering". No one is answering because I'm in my house and the understanding was for a tech (from Sweetwater) to contact me via phone to discuss how to proceed. Ok, so here is where listening to a customer comes into play: (1) I informed the tech over the phone that it had been over 2 years since the water was last tested Tech's response: we recommend you test the water out every six months (mind you I get my system serviced for my home annually) - but let's continue (2) I asked the tech how would he like to proceed - he informed me he could reschedule - GREAT I thought, but then: Tech's response: we recommend (keep this word and what it actually means by definition in mind) if you're married to have both of you there... I informed the tech that my wife wouldn't be able to be there but I could - so let's schedule Tech's response: again informing me that this way both husband and wife could see the visual results of the water test - explaining how they have extended hours for this purpose, etc, etc.... (3) at this point I informed the tech: "look, it seems that no matter what I say - you're going to keep repeating options that you feel I need to comply with, so go ahead and have a great rest of your day and we'll just leave things right here......" Bottom line, I couldn't be MORE disappointed nor disgusted with the fact you (the tech) had someone on the phone that simply wanted to go over what the current prices were for the options of the different systems. Oh yeah, almost forgot... Tech's response: prices have changed since you last for a quote????? I actually mentioned that I wanted updated prices and to discuss which system to go with... WHY ON EARTH WAS NOTHING I WAS SAYING OF ANY IMPORTANCE???? You wanted to show my wife and I the results of the water test - however YOU didn't take a fraction of a second to listen to the fact YOU had a sale, I just needed to be reminded of what the current prices were??? Now you have two things (1) a completely pissed off current customer and (2) this review!!!!! If you happen to be reading this, PLEASE use this to train anyone in sales. LISTEN instead of simply running your spiel!!!!!!!! Again, the dude at Home Depot was SUPER HELPFUL!!!!!!!! ...but I would NOT recommend filling out a form in the store to then be contacted by someone from Sweet water..... I would contact them (Sweet water) directly... Wow, this felt like I was watching an episode of something absurd that was going nowhere.... (Sigh) Good luck, but now I need to research who else sells these kinds of systems - let the research begin...

Michael was great at explaining how Rain Soft products work and how they save you money. He was very thorough in going over every detail. The process of having the equipment put in our home was easy and took only 2 1/2 hours. I would certainly recommend Sweetwater and their products to any interested homeowners..

Its been a while now since we had our system put in. We had issues with pretty much every aspect except the 1st meeting. The installation didn't go great, the installation was not professional IMO, there were lots of shortcuts taken. For the amount I paid it should have been perfect. The guy that installed the HEPA system cut into rafters in the ceiling without telling me, he didn't do a greta job cleaning up after himself. We were not followed up with in regard to replacement HEPA filters or servicing. I had to call to follow up. All in all I do regret making this impulse buy because we were so at ends with our poor water Quality in nolanville. The system does we work. I do feel foolish for making this purchase at 12k?♂️.

Sweetwater has been consistent and reliable over the many years we've had our water softener. Rey serviced our system today, and took the time to answer questions and to make sure that everything was working properly. We are very happy with the service from Sweetwater.
