This place sucks. Went to see Lavern, arrived at 10 to get a feel for the vibe despite Lavern not coming out until 12ish. Vibes were not present so we decided to go get a drink at a neighboring bar. The wannabe "owner"/"manager" short, yellow glasses, fake pearls wearing individual let us know that we wouldn't be able to return past 12. Keep in mind, Lavern wasn't even coming on until 12. Luckily we returned at 11:56....just in time to enjoy the show despite how loud it was in the venue. I recommend you bring ear protection to combat the crazy volume in this janky venue.

Worst experience
Got ticket for alex sensation and artist didn’t arrived, till 12 until we where there and they say show starts at 10 PM. They are scamming people. Do not buy ticket

0 stars because I ordered well tequila all night and the bartender up-charged me for espolon all night but poured me wells. made me keep a tab open after I asked to close out and then charged me double the price.

Horrible staff experience, not just bad, HORRIBLE. Highly do not recommend going to this venue. Our bartender started yelling at my friend for "not tipping enough" for 4 shots... She then proceeded to give us a free alcoholic beverage and then told him not to return. Later in the night she was throwing people out of the bar, yelling at security and causing a scene because he allegedly "talked back." Belligerent and unprofessional. Do not buy tickets or visit this venue.

This venue is a complete and total scam. They advertised a concert, but in reality it was a 10 minute appearance and the rest of the djs they had were horrific. Below screenshot shows what was advertised. You wouldn’t think from that advertisement that it would be him playing 2 songs from 1:30-1:40 am, right? Do not waste your money at this venue. You can’t trust the shows they are advertising. People were also denied refunds. Shameful.

Paid for a show that was advertised to start at 10pm but didn't start till 1:30am and lasted less than 10 minutes. The DJ played old irrelevant music prior to the artist coming on. First and last time I will be going to this venue. Save your $ and time.

Paid $120 for two tickets on Saturday to see SHABOOZEY, arrived at 10pm and had to wait until 1:30am for him to perform for 7 whole minutes. He did a snippet of a new song, a quarter of Beverly Hills, and a bar song two times in a row then left. Waste of time, and the drinks are outrageously expensive.

Scam artists, refuse refunds on tickets despite the show starting 3.5 hours late and the artist only performing for 7 minutes when they promoted it as a full live show. Despicable, highly recommend not supporting them and be wary of attending any concerts/shows here

Spent over 100.00 bucks and almost 4 hours of my life for a 10 minute concert from Shaboozy what a money grab the Website said it starts a 10pm they should of said this was a DJ show and a guest appearance from Shaboozy not a Electrifying concert from him such lies I'll never go back.

Warning to not buy tickets for a show here. Paid $100 to wait around 3+ hours for the artist to come out for less than 10 mins at 1:30am. There was no communication. The night felt like a scam. Lots of amazing venues in Austin. This is not one of them.

This place is a absolute scam. Do not go here for any show or event. I paid 2 tickets to see a show that said it would start at 10pm then was told he wouldn’t start performing till 1:30am. Basically feels like i got scammed to pay for a cover charge to enter the place instead seeing the show. The opener do was basically trying to hype us up for the person we came to see for 3 hrs and 30 mins straight knowingly he won’t show up till 15 to 30 mins before closing. I repeat do not go here for any event or show!!!!

Horrible experience. Paid $65 to see a show that was supposed to start at 10 pm and then was told the artist was not coming on until 1:30 am. I kindly asked for a refund and was denied. Shady business practices and poor management.

Paid $100 for two tickets to see Shaboozey. Show was supposed to start at 10pm. Found out that he wasn’t supposed to go on until 1:30am from a bouncer. Felt like we got scammed by the whole experience.
