A huge shout out to Shelby from Sue Patrick! She went far and beyond helping mom process a large purchase of big items. She and another staff member helped her load her pickup truck in spite of the busy season. We love the variety and uniqueness of UT items, and not to mention the women's apparel handpicked by Mrs. Sue.

Great store been going yearly for UT apparel today had the worse experience asked an employee for a price on their travel UT luggage that was located on top shelf and her answer was go on line to get the price I was shocked to hear that smh! Some people travel hours to shop at Sue Patrick to get that kind of customer service is unacceptable! If you can’t help customers then you shouldn’t be working in retail.

I ordered Jellycats from Sue Patrick and was very happy with my order. It was accurate, arrived promptly and a personal thank you note was included with drawings of the four Jellycats I purchased. How cute is that? I highly recommend purchasing from this store.

Sue Patrick has a great selection of Longhorns gear and a lot of other cute clothing too! Finally got there for the first time and it’s nice to have discovered an option in town in addition to the co-op! Friendly staff and Longhorns patrons ??

I ordered a shirt for my boyfriend in the wrong size from Sue Patrick. I sent an email telling that I needed the shirt for a certain event, when I would be needing it, and what size I needed. They responded to me very quickly, and quickly shipped the replacement to me. I got the new shirt within 1 day after contacting them! 10/10 for customer service, and quality of their merchandise!:)
