My husband and I received white glove service from the Strub team, making the whole home buying process a breeze. After viewing some potential houses we'd discussed, Mark got us a viewing for a property just hitting the market based off his knowledge of our preferences. Well, we loved it! Mark led us through negotiations, and Catherine ensured we had every single thing in line pre-closing. Their expertise really paid off, and we can't wait to move in this week!

Working with Strüb for the second time was an easy choice for our family. When it came time to upgrade and move to a bigger home, we didn’t hesitate once to contact Mark and his team to represent us again. After working with us on our first home purchase almost 10 years ago, picking back up with Mark was as if no time had passed. Just as was the case in 2014, his work continues to be stellar. Mark is communicative, available, pragmatic and patient - all the characteristics you want in a buyer’s agent. Beyond these strengths, he’s also super well-connected in town, has a pulse on the market AND the nuances of many neighborhoods and uses that expertise to line up inspections, repairs and other work quickly. When Mark refers you to someone, you get you the best service from them - another testament to his relationships and work around town. We didn’t have to look far this time around, and like we said back then - we’ll continue to come back for our real estate needs in the future. Mark can handle it all - and makes the home buying purchase as easy and seamless as it can be.

Mark Strüb was nothing short of phenomenal during our entire home buying process. He came highly recommended from a close friend and from our first interaction, we were treated like family. His guidance and expertise helped ensure we had the information we needed from start to finish. Even after we were settled in, we could count on Mark to give advice and provide recommendations on even the smallest things. I cannot imagine buying our first home with any other realtor and will no doubt turn to him if or when we ever need to buy or sell again!

Mark and the team at Strub are total rock stars! We moved to Austin from out of state in 2019. We didn’t really know the area very well, but Mark immediately got a feel for the kind of place that would work with our lifestyle and found a hidden gem of a house in a great neighborhood.After living there for 4 years and making a bunch of improvements we decided to move out of state to be closer to family. This was summer of 2023 and the Austin market had already started tanking after the huge 2020-21 price surges. We weren’t sure the place would sell because everything in the city was sitting for months.Mark’s team put together an incredible listing and did tons of marketing and open houses and got us offer at close to full price after only 2 weeks on market! There were a lot of hurdles to jump through with the inspection and closing process, but the team stayed on top of everything and kept the deal together until we closed.The Strub team is the best in the business and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Austin.

From helping us find and purchase our new home to listing and SELLING our house in Bella Lago, she did an extensive amount of strategic planning and hand holding throughout the turbulent Austin real estate market. We were consistently blown away by her detailed knowledge of the innermost workings of a home, the real estate industry AND what it really takes to SELL at the right price in a challenging market. She facilitated renovations for some updates and improvements we needed to make before putting our home on the market. Her contractors were honest, competitive and did incredible work. She ALWAYS remained calm, confident and patient with us through the good, bad and a few tough situations. We relied heavily on her insight and became a team very quickly. Ashley’s good energy is truly contagious! She promptly answered all of our questions and kept us fully informed at all times. We just sold and purchased a home through Strüb, after being in discussions since early on this year. Jessica Bush and the rest of the team were great at every turn and really had our backs. My husband and I were going for totally different vibes, but Jessica was able to help us find a South Austin charmer that appealed to us both. She was also great at negotiating our purchase and expertly helped us find the best deal with the multiple offers we received on our home.

I can’t say enough about the support I received from Jessica during the process of selling my home. She immediately designed a plan and took charge getting survey, marking heritage trees, pictures, everything to market my home.She checked on my home during freezing weather making sure heat was on. After the freeze when limbs were down she and Mark showed up to cleanup the yard!Above and beyond to get it sold!

Rosie is awesome! We've been working with her for over a year now, started from when we were in CA and still working with her as we're building our home. She is always on top of things and very proactive. Of course she is very knowledgable and resourceful, but I think what's most important is she truly has our best interest in mind, always! We've worked with a number of realtors across multiple states, and I can tell you that this is extremely rare.

As first time homebuyers, we were very impressed with our realtor, Rosie Ochoa. At each step, she walked us through what to expect and gave us the information we needed, even when we didn't know the right questions to ask. She was very patient as we did many home viewings and helped us land on a list of priorities to narrow down our list of top homes. Rosie did a great job of providing us her expert opinion on areas of concern for the condition of homes we viewed and how the list price fit within the quickly-changing market without pressuring us or trying to upsell. Even after closing, she has continued to stay in contact and provide useful advice. Overall, she is highly competent and a person of integrity.

Eric Pugatch helped us buy our home in the summer of 2021 when things were absolutely bananas. We spent time with both Eric and Mark over the course of 6 months trying to get into the right property in Northwest Hills. Their knowledge of the market made us feel very comfortable with the offers we put in and ultimately helpful us end up in the right property. They had solid strategies and market data to back them up, walked us throguh them, and we worked together to agree on the approach. I always felt well informed and empowered, even in that crazy market. The Strub team is professional, reliable, friendly, and immensely helpful. I would definitely work with them again.

STRUB was the first agency to respond to our inquiry to sell our home. From the first email, the STRUB team was genuine and kind. We worked with Ashley Jamieson, and she brought tremendous knowledge about Lake Travis real estate and the type of buyers we would appeal to. Our home had multiple offers on it in less than a week, and we closed within 15 days. The process was transparent and flexible to our needs as a family.
