I have been renting a unit at this location for 2 years and I always receive excellent customer service and Tim is always professional and available to assist. The facility is always well maintained and clean. I recommend this storage property to anyone needing storage. They also have a fabulous wine cellar and humidor.

I have had a unit here since 2013. Tim is the absolute best. I’m a creative & I travel abroad often, so sometimes I need a gentle reminder to pay my bill and I have lost my keys more than once - and though I am a handful he always takes good care of me and helps me without making me feel at all like a burden. He is always professional and very kind.
The building and grounds are super clean and well maintained, just as nice as the day this place was built.
The location is very convenient to my South Austin home. All in all the best storage unit and best management I have ever done business with.

This is by far the best storage option out there! The facility is very secure and very clean. Tim the manager is super friendly and helpful. I feel lucky to have found this place. Our stuff is secure and safe and taken care of.

Stor S Lamar is the best storage unit experience I’ve ever had. The staff is excellent, especially Tim, the building is always secure and clean, and they are so accommodating. Can’t recommend enough.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stor on South Lamar, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The facility is exceptionally clean, safe, and secure, which instantly put my mind at ease. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the music playing throughout the facility—it created a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
A special shoutout goes to Tim, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I had all the information I needed and went above and beyond to assist me with my storage needs. His approachable demeanor and willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free.

David is a gem! I walked in right befoe he closed on Saturday (unknowingly) and he gave me five star treatment! After checking out so many other storage facilities, and being terribly disappointed, I was incredibly impressed by how friendly and professional and kind David was. I highly recommend!

This place has been the Best place to Store our goods so far. We have now had experience with 5 different companies and this one is the cream of the crop. The management is experienced, trained & very thorough and attentive. We have had nightmare experiences with 2 out of the 5 and Tim (Manager) and Shannon (DM) here go above and beyond. They know what they’re actually doing and it shows that they respect what they do for a living which reflects on how they treat customers. Please continue to do what you do as loyal customers are looking for a landing zone for their excess goods that they can rely on. I would give you guys 7/5 stars if we could. We’ve been here for 10 months so far so thank you for continuing to earn our business?

We have closed our restaurant in order to move to our new location in 4 weeks. I have arranged 8 storage facilities based on need around Austin and Dallas. Tim and team at this location are far and way the most professional group I've dealt with. Their site is top-notch, too. Highly recommend.
