I had a great experience working with Jordan! I felt totally at ease in a typically high stress situation of buying a new car. I never felt pressured or rushed, even when I was debating between 2 vehicles. I've had not so enjoyable experiences in the past so I am so thankful to have gotten to work with Jordan and am loving my new car!

I had a very good experience buying a used BMW from Sterling. Everything was straight forward. As with most contracts it is always a good thing to ask questions about anything you might not understand. I had a couple of these and went back the day after I bought the car and got all of my questions answered. Jordon is a very pleasant salesman and Josh is good in finance. Looking forward to getting some free washes and cheap oil changes from them!

This is the first place I'd highly recommend. Fortunately I've had good dealership experiences in the past, but Sterling Acura of Austin is in a league of their own. For this reason I am on my 4th car with Sterling. This time around I bought a black 2023 TLX TypeS. The car is , no doubt, but the team I worked with were beyond great words. Ari Marin was my salesperson. Ari is very knowledgeable, prompt, professional, kind and so warm hearted! Behind the scenes, Ari and the Acura team, out of the kindness of their hearts, did so much for me. l will always be very grateful to you all!I could go on and on...Thank you all SO very much for taking great care of me! I bought a used BMW in immaculate condition from this dealership. There was a small issue related to my tire that was immediately corrected and taken care of by Mark and the amazing service team. My car was washed and detailed perfectly after my recent visit which was a pleasant surprise that I had forgotten about when you visit this dealership. Thank you for treating me as a valued customer and not as a bother. A happy customer for life and grateful to be on the road enjoying my ride.

The service department is outstanding. My service advisor today, Lizette, was very professional. Great experience from start to finish.Tip: pay careful attention to the entrance from the I-35 service road. There is only one driveway and it's easy to miss.

I knew the car I wanted and it was there in the middle of the showroom. Jordan got it out for me to drive and then him and the manager made it happen. Nice and quick. Deal done. So easy. Love the car. Thanks for all your help.

The service department at this place is AMAZING!!!! Mark Benitez is a super star; even when you think a dealer may disappoint you, Mark makes sure to put customer first. All my cars are only serviced here, almost 8 years and counting.

Knowing I was going to be in Austin working a couple of weeks ago I took a chance on a sweet deal on a GT Mustang I had my eye on. I was a little apprehensive at first with the idea of canceling my return ticket and driving 1600 miles home to Philadelphia. That all went away after seeing the impeccable state the car was in when I arrived! Jordan Davis and the rest of the team at Sterling Acura went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready for me to travel all the way home in 95+ heat. Jordan even followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I arrived home safely. What a great team at Sterling Acura!

I brought in my 2012 Acura RDX to be diagnosed at Sterling. It was determined there was an issue with the A/C system. It was there for many weeks and part by part the technicians worked through the system and in the end, every relevant part was removed and replaced. After all of this work the A/C was not blowing cold enough to meet the expectation of the service team. In the end the service was provided gratis, though to be clear the A/C is blowing cold enough for me!Though the outcome took a long time and there were some gaps in communication, I want to thank Mark Benitez and Tim Caldwell for operating with honesty, working to a high standard, and ultimately providing a good customer experience. I will be back!

We've been taking our car to Sterling Acura for 4+ years. I chose Sterling over David McDavid because of the positive reviews. Long story short, after waiting an unreasonable amount of time, I got a text requesting over $4500 worth of services be performed. $1600 for the timing belt because "it was due and possibly leaking" and over $1200 for a halogen headlight replacement that wasn't even out. I said "yeah I don't think so, just change the oil and rotate the tires." A few weeks later I got a second opinion from a local mechanic in Georgetown. He said the timing belt was not leaking. It was perfectly fine. The headlight was also fine. Everything else that Sterling recommended was unnecessary. This was over 6 months ago and my Acura is running like a beast. I've never felt so disrespected by a dealership in my life. My experience was slimy and disgusting. After this, we've vowed never to buy another Acura from Sterling.

After being without a car for 2 weeks due to a bad crash, I was nervous about the unplanned buying experience I was going to face. I initially went to another Acura dealership in Austin with my pre-approval, test drove a new 2023 TLX having never driven an Acura in my life. I wanted this car as soon as I drove it but the dealership would not agree to hold my card info for the huge down payment and my pre-approval, then I got endless calls from them that went nowhere. They also wouldn’t pick me up from work to get the car that Monday. I was really disappointed and not being taken seriously. I went on a business trip and a week later decided to try Sterling Acura.Within a few hours, I drove away with my beautiful TLX. I was relieved that the buying experience was swift, despite the expected time in preparing paperwork, etc. Mylan was patient with me as I test drove the Acura certified TLXs in the lot and made my decision. I have only owned Honda Accords for the last 25 years and thought i would likely continue with another one but I made the jump to Acura. I love my car and when I call or go in to the dealership, people are attentive and professional. I’m super happy to have decided on a 2022 certified Acura TLX since they thoroughly inspected it and had it ready 100%. The service department has been friendly and I’ve enjoyed the courtesy rides to and from work from the dealership as well as the airport transportation for work trips. Even my husband has been impressed and he just bought a new GMC Sierra elsewhere and hasn’t had the great customer service like I’ve received at Sterling.I look forward to many years with this TLX and hope to continue being an Acura owner for my next car one day. —Monica W.

Definitely recommend this dealership but ask for Phillip! We didn’t have the best experience with our local dealership so my husband called and spoke with Phillip. He answered all the questions we had. Confirmed that they had the exact vehicle we wanted! He even took time to send up pics of the car. We drove there and Phillip had the car rdy for us! If we are ever in the market for another Acura we will definitely be back to work with Phillip!Also their finance manager Kaila is amazing!
